Manning and operation of Lift installed at MH (Passanger/Goods Lifts) with connected equipment by deploying one no. of lift operator in each shift for three shifts (each of eight hours) from 0600 to 1400hrs, 1400hrs to 2200hrs and 2200hrs to 0600hrs including maintenance of daily log sheet all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Manning and operation of Lift installed at Adm Block Inf School with connected equipment by deploying one no. lift operator in One shift of eight hour from 0800hrs to 1600hrs at Adm Block including maintenance of daily log sheet all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Manning and operation of Lift and respective DG Sets installed at Hangapan Dada Enclave consisting of JCOs Accn in multi stroyed Building of 02 Blocks and ORs Accn in multi stroyed Building of 06 different Blocks, (Passenger & Goods Lifts) with connected equipment. Two number of lift operator in each shift for two shifts (from 0600hrs to 1400hrs, 1400hrs to 2200hrs) and one number of lift operator for night shift (from 2200hrs to 0600hrs) including maintenance of Control room and Cabin trolley all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour in repair of unserviceable Battery 12 V, 18 AH made it serviceable and replace the same with New one of company sealed Battery 12 V, 18 AH to the exiting size , make Exide/ Exide express/Amron, all as testing and directed by the Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour in repair of unserviceable Battery 12 V, 7.2 AH made it serviceable and replace the same with New one of company sealed Battery 12 V, 7.2 AH to the exiting size , make Exide/ Exide express/Amron, all as testing and directed by the Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour in repair of unserviceable Battery 12 V, 2.5 AH made it serviceable and replace the same with New one of company sealed Battery 12 V, 2.5 AH to the exiting size , make Exide/ Exide express/Amron, all as testing and directed by the Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour in repair of unserviceable Recessed mounted LED fitting 5 Watt, AC 240V,50 Hz frequency for lift car made it serviceable and replace the same with New one of company sealed LED fitting 5 Watt, AC 240V,50 Hz frequency of exiting size , make Philips/ Green Super Cat Part No: GS-MBC001-5W/ or Equavalent in ISI Marked all as testing and directed by the Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour in repair of unserviceable Fan cross flow of 25 W, 220 V AC, 4P 50 Hz, and RPM 1250/1300 for lift car made it serviceable and replace the same with New one of company sealed Fan cross flow of 25 W, 220 V AC, 4P 50 Hz, and RPM 1250/1300 of exiting size , make Gningbo Grand Fans Model No: ZQF-330 200/ or Equavalent in ISI Marked all as testing and directed by the Engr-in Charge.

Notes for item No 1 to 8 :- 1. The operator must be a Lift Operator subject to ITI qualified in appropriate trade or five years of experience in concerned operation field and fully conversant to maintenance and operation /handling of DG sets and Lifts installed at the location. 2. The operator must adhere with the dress code as directed. 3. The operator has to attend the telephone and maintain the record. 4. The operator must be smart in conversation and well behaved. 5. The contractor is responsible to the following :- (a) Maintenance of Batteries and battery charger (The cost of distled water and electrolite and other materials required for maintanance of batteries is deemed to be included in the quoted rate) (b) Collection of FOL (Fuel, oil and lubricants) from AGE E/M No 1 FOL Store for maintenance and operation of DG Set. (Transport will be provided by the deptt) (c) Cleaning and upkeep of DG set installation and surrounding area. (d) The DG sets are installed in scattered locations in the compound of Inf School, AMU Node, & Inf Musuem. The contractor's operator must be smart to maintain and operation of all DG Sets and keep their records.

Manning and operation of Central type AC plants at Signal Det (capacity 3 x 25.4 TR) and Military Hospital Mhow AC plant ( 3x110TR) with connected equipment by deploying one Ref Mech in one shift for three shifts ( each shift of eight hours) 0600 to 1400 hrs, 1400hrs to 2200hrs and 2200hrs to 0600hrs including maintenance of daily log sheet all as specified and directed by Engr-in-chage.

Note for item No 10 :- 1. The operator must be a Ref Mech subject to ITI qualified in appropriate trade or fiver years of experience in concerned operation field and fully conversant to maintenance and operation /handling of DG sets and electrical switchgears. 2. The operator must adhere with the dress code as directed. 3. The operator has to attend the telephone and maintain the record. 4. The operator must be smart in conversation and well behaved. 5. The contractor is responsible to the following :- (a) Maintenance of Batteries and battery charger (The cost of distled water and electrolite and other materials required for maintanance of batteries is deemed to be included in the quoted rate) (b) Collection of FOL (Fuel, oil and lubricants) from AGE E/M No 1 FOL Store for maintenance and operation of DG Set. (Transport will be provided by the deptt) (c) Cleaning and upkeep of DG set/AC Plant installation and surrounding area if not found satisfactorily Penal recovery of 500/- per day will be charged.

M&L for opening of condenser cover of both sides including disconnecting of water pipe line for inlet and outlet of the condenser of each plant. Removing scale/sludge precipitated in the copper tube by push and pull method with iron rod connected with steel wire brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser and scraping down the sludge precipitated inside the tube. Closing both side of condenser and circulating the descaling solution, supplied in sealed containers, by 1 HP mono block pump set after mixing it in water in ratio of 1:5 in all tubes of three condenser of each plant through the circulating pump and allow to hold it for 30 minutes for chemical reaction. Opening the condenser from both sides and clean with iron rod connected with nylon brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser ensuring that descaling process has been complete; then closing the condenser at both ends and circulating clean water in all the tubes of three condensers of each plant and draining out the same. These processess have to be continued till the tubes are of scales to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including fixing new gasket for both ends of the three condensers of each plant, tighten with new nut end bolts. The job also includes Material and labour for making leak proof refrigerent system by vaccumising with in 7.6 mm HG carried out using N-2 gas and maintaining for three hours; at the end of this period vaccum should be maintained for 24 hours complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for AC plants of 3X110 TR .. Note :- (a) Supplying the chemical solution for descaling solution for descaling is included in the unit rate quoted. (b) Strength of descaling solution shall be measured with pH paper and if the strength is less than 30%, then the descaling has to be done again by the contractor at his own cost to achieve the desired level of pH and nothing shall be payable extra on this account.

M&L for topping up/charging of refrigerent gas " R-134 a" in a factory sealed containers for AC chiller compressor units (3x 110TR) as per requirement complete all as specified and direcrted by Engr-in-Charge. Note: If the recharged refrigerent gas is leaked within 45 days of running of AC plant, the contractor shall recharge gas (including supply) without any extra cost to the department.

M&L for topping up/charging compressor oil non freezing type in factory sealed containers in compressor units complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement 'V' Belt as per sample of existing specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Fenner/ Dunlop for the following size are as under :-

(i) V Belts of size B-71 complete all as specified.directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(ii) V Belts of size B-78 complete all as specified.directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for fabrication, supplying, fixing and commissioning of informatory boards at E/M installation to display the technical details as provided by Engr-in-Charge of various installtions made out of 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel (ACP) fully covered with white/green/blue (as directed) Retro refective sheeting of nikkalite Brand Ultralite (UL) grade with using pressure sensitive adhesive and Retro Reflective cut out border and message in the sensitive adhesive, size of the board of required size to be fixed on wall incl proper fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Before fabriction of the board, the contractor has to produce a paper printout detailing all dimensions and matter to be displayed so as to get it inspected and passed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Matter to be displayed, colour of the ACP sheet and colour of Retro Reflective sheet will be as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of the labour and materials required for fixing of the informatory board at the location as specified and Engr-in-Charge.Electronic schematic diagram alongwith design condition (Temp and Humidity) of AC plant to be displayed in the plant room all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for fabrication,supply and errection of bakelite flex display boards made out of MS square pipe frame of size 20mmX20mm cover all 4 sides covered with powder coated CRCA sheet & back side covered by galvanised sheet of 24 guage. Front open box type with front side covered by flex board bakelite with digital printed letters and figures as requred The board shall be cubical type with screw fittings for opening and closing front side for maintenances. using MS channel for beading including inside electrical wiring comlete with LED T/L Fitting 20 Watt as directed with starter, electronic ballast switches and necessary fixing arrangement, Size of the board 6 feet X3 feet X 8 inches with 4 Nos flourescent as per the site requirement on roof, wall etc all as directed by Engr-in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of water Pressure gauge dial type 0-120 degree F make H Guru or equivalent of approved make complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of Electronic sensor suitable for 110 TR compressor unit (for chiller & condenser unit) of existing specifications and make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of flexible rubber coupling for 40HP elecric motor, 415volts, 3 phase of existing specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, model no TC/3902 Make Unique.

Supply and fix in replacement of microprocessor elactronic control card chiller PCB suitable for 110TR Scroll chiller Cat part No MCS-MAGNUM-REV-8.510-032-0 of existing specifications and make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of High pressure and low pressure control (HP&LP) switch suitable for water Cooled central type AC unit as per sample complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of Thermometer 0-60 Degree centigrade suitable for fixing with 100 mm dia water circulating pipe by means of proper welding and connection with checking the running water temperature as per specification all as directed.by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unsv fins/cells of cooling tower and supply and fix PVC fins(honey comb) suitable for fiber glass cooling tower complete suitable for 100TR of AC plant including taking down old unsv.

S & F in repair of PVC eliminator from colling tower of capacity 3x110 TR complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of dryer for liquid line 5/8'' Sutaible for 110 TR compressor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : DANFOSS/Elofic

Supply and fix in replacement of solinoid coil suitable for 3x110TR compressor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Alcho/Danfoss or as per existing.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ammeter 0-300 Amps rectangle shape of size 96qmm, 3phase, 50 Hz AC suitable for AMF panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. : Make : AE /L&T

Supply and fix MCCB 3 pole,63 Amp,36 KA, 50 HZ, 415 V , Adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting, Ics= 100% of Icu. Make:- L&T, C&S, HAVELLS.

Supply and fix in repair of MCCB 3 pole,100 Amp,36 KA, 50 HZ, 415 V , Adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting, Ics= 100% of Icu. Make:- L&T, C&S, HAVELLS.

Notes :- For all Items of BOQ ; If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work i.e. 38.00 Lakhs, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of finacial bid for the difference in estimated cost i.e. 38.00 Lakhs & quoted amount. In case the said FDR/BGB is not submitted within stipulated period mentioned above, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid will be rejected. The said Amt deposited by the lowest bidder will be released after two months of certified completion of work.
