Part A:- Providing of the following items required for the servicing of NTA-495-C engine & filters to compressor. I, Fuel filter with O-ring (01 No) II, Lube oil filter with O-ring (02 Nos) III, Corrosion resistor element with O-ring (01 No) IV, Magnesium Plates (02 Nos) V, Magnetic filter screen (01 No) VI, Solo bye pass filter with O- ring (01 No) VII, Turbo M- Oil filter with O-ring (01 No) VIII, Air cleaner elements inner as well as outer. (02 Nos) IX, Breather element. (01 No) X, Compressor air filters inner as well as outer (02 No) XI, 90 oG.I. bend 75 mm dia with flange on the exhaust of the engine (01 No) XII, Fresh M. Oil 25 liters XIII, Rubber Hump for air cleaner with clamps & fasteners for engine. (01 No) XIV, Rubber Hump for air cleaner with clamps & fasteners for Compressor. (01 No) Part B:- Labour charges for fitting of above mentioned parts/spares/consumables after removal of old ones by skilled manpower with high quality workmanship. Also included in the job is draining out of old M-Oil and refilling of fresh M-Oil to the engine up to the desired level, and successful testing of the unit on full load.

PF of multi layer steel gaskets to engine head , engine tappet cover and silencer after dismantling and removing of old worn out gaskets. The job includes labour charges on a/c of dismantling of engine head, tappet cover and silencer, removing the worn out gaskets, fitting of new gaskets, refitting the head, tappet cover and silencer. The gaskets should ensure tight and leakage proof fastening and should withstand very high pressure and temperature.
