Supplying of electrically operated wet type submersible motor and pumpset (Texmo/KSB/Taro/Kirloskar make), AC 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 2900-3000 RPM. The pump shall have brass impeller, high grade steel shaft with sufficient stages having outlet size of 2"/2.5"/3"/4" dia. to suit the borewell (150 / 200mm dia.), complete. The rate includes, all taxes, freight, etc., FOR at site in UT of Puducherry. The pumpset shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of commissioning.(20 HP Submersible motor and pumpset).

Supplying and fixing of meter board of size 600mmx900mmx150mm on suitable angle frame with suitable water proof plywood 12mm thick for receiving ED supply. The board frame shall be painted and covered on all sides by 16 gauge M.S. sheet and fixed with 3 Nos. of 100 Amps fuse carrier (Havells/Standard/Anchor make) with screws etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of teak wood aerial board with 100 Amps HRC fuse base and fuse link and suitable post clamp to hold the G.I. Pipe with electric post including bolts and nuts etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of 10KVAR power capacitor (CG/L&T/Siemens make) for 17.5/20 HP motor complete.

Making earth pit of G.I. pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. G.I. pipe medium class of length 3.05m perforated with 46 Nos of 12mm dia. holes, pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia. and filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm, the top of G.I. pipe shall be clamped. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround,covered with R.C.C. precast slab etc. as per I.E. standards.

The foundation brickwork in CM 1:4 will be constructed in 23 cm wall for a height of 60 cm over foundation concrete PCC 1:5:10 for a width of 60 cm and 15 cm thick. The inside pump shed flooring will be laid in PCC 1:2:4 in 50 mm thick over a red earth filling of 15 cm thick and PCC 1:5:10 of 10 cm thick. The outside area will be plastered in cement mortar 1:4, 12 mm thick etc. Complete as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and providing of fabricated steel Kiosk of internal dimension 2.20 x 1.90m with front and rear height of 2.40m and 2.10m respectively. The fabrication of the kiosk is to as per the details below:- The corner pillar of the Kiosk shall be of single equal M.S. angle 50x50x6mm tied up at the top and bottom with 40x40x6mm angle, intermediate support of M.S. angles (2 Nos) of 40x40x6mm in all 4 sides and stiffener in vertical with 40x6mm flats and shall not exceed 0.50m C/C. For roof 2 nos. of 40x40x6mm angles to a length of 1.90 mts. each with 3 nos. of 40x40x6mm flat for a length of 2.40 mts. as vertical and as horizontal lintel of 0.65m of the same angle are to be provided. The door shall be of 0.60mx1.85m with 40x40x6mm angle on all the four sides with 1 no. of intermediate horizontal angle of 40x40x6mm with cross stiffener of 40x6mm flats for the doors shutters. The sides of the Kiosk shall be of 18SWG GI corrugated sheet and roof shall be colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts & nuts 8mm dia. The rate shall included the cost of all materials, labour, fabrication charges including providing of lacking arrangements for the door painting cost with steel primer and paint charges for the angles, painting two coats of enamel paint both side and outside the Kiosk, transportation to the newly erected borewell site in villages in Puducherry region etc. as directed by the Engineer in charge.
