Providing pre constructional Anti-termite treatment for the construction of building including cost of chemicals labour as per standard specification, Labour for preparing the area for treatment by spreading chemicals and other incidental charges complete. the rate shall be inclusive of giving anti termite treatment to the building for the following four stages Stage.1.spraying anit-termite treatment chemicals solution for foundation concrete surface laying the foundation concrete bottom and sides of the foundation. Stage.II.. Spraying anti-termite chemical solution to the grade beam level spraying for the grade beams, brick, masonry in superstructure in contact with the back fill earth. Stage.III. Spraying anti-termite treatment, chemicals solution on sand for the flooring before laying the flooring zone, Treatment has to be carried out by making crow bar holes at an interval of 12" to a depth of 8" on the sand filling in basement. Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothly with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand prepared (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coats of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth etc., complete). The putty should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.

Providing and applying Wall Putty of equivalent synthetic co-polymer emulsion putty white viscous paste over the cement plastered surface to the required smooth finish with all skilled labour, scaffolding cleaning and providing mock ups as directed by the departmental officers.

Treatment to side wall of varying thickness of basement floor, Lift pit, of main building from exterior surface covering the following sequence of operations :

a) Providing, supplying, mixing, applying two coats of ready to use two component acrylic polymer modified cement based flexible water proofing slurry like TAPECRETE or approved equivalent conforming to IS to thickness of 2 mm on the surface of side wall prior to the chemical injection treatment is completed as specified under item above.

b) Providing, supplying, mixing, laying cement screed plaster 20 mm thick in cement concrete slurry 1:2:4 mixed with 6mm & down grade course graded aggregate with water proofing compound like CICO NO:1 (normal setting integral water proofing compound) or approved equivalent conforming to IS at the rate specified by the manufacturer at any depth & height ove the coated surface of operation (a) above.

Rate shall include for preparation of surface by mechanical upgrading to remove all loose mortar and laitance, oil, grease etc. and washing the surface with water to get neat surface, dewatering, finishing, curing, scaffolding, waterproofing chemicals, wastage, conveyance, tools and plants, mixing device and gauge, shuttering, Nozzles etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed.

Providing, mixing, laying polymer based water proofing treatment for the Sunken Toilet by applying cement based, flexible, waterproofing compound confirming to IS:2645, to a thickness of 1mm of the prepared surface of the roof slab / floor slab as per specification

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Providing and fixing Acoustic Wall Panelling (equivalent to Armstrong) in channelled wood works perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length of 2400mm or as per required by the Departmental Engineer made of a high density fibre board with minimum 725 kg./m3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade and finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special peforation pattern where the visible surface has a "Helmholtz" fluted perforation of 3mm width and 21mm of visible panel each.
