M & L for disconnecting from the panel LT cables of the following sizes along with cable glands, cutting out the burnt/over heated cable ends, making new connections using new aluminium lugs of appropriate size including insulation tapes, excavation etc, and refixing the cable gland and making all connections & testing for proper working complete all as directed for following cables :-

M & L LT under ground cable XLPE insulated armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade in trenches / passing through pipes of following cross sectional area including taking out old existing unserviceable cables :-

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exeeding 1.50m in depth for foundations, trenches of cable or pipe lines etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 3 here-in-before but exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 3.0 m deep.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials/soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point all specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm all specified and as directed. Note:- For the purpose of payment, punned thickness only will be measured

Supply and laying well burnt sub class B bricks old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the tar macadam road / hard standings for laying cable and excavating not exceeding 45cm wide and 60cm in depth and getting out including filing back PCC 1:2:4 type B-2,finishing properly to level match with surroundings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC spacers 4 way for LT over head line 1100 volts grade with necessary screws nuts bolts etc complete all as directed to prevent the lines touching each other on heavy wind as a preventive arrangement to the existing system including removing the existing old / out lived spacers complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable MCCB of any capacity after removing all the incoming and out going cable connections and offering necessary credit all as specified and as directed.

M & L replacing broken hinges with 100mm M S medium weight hinges of LT Panel, DB etc by electric welding including denting and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed

S & F Galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia all as specified and as directed

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of floor mounted LT feedar pillar box, CPRI approved, AC 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 3 Phase 4 wire of suitable size for accomodating the following accessories, totally enclosed self supporting structure / cubicle, fully compartmentalized type, suitable for outdoor use, with bottom cable entry with suitable cable glands structure made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet with angle iron frame work and legs of ISA 50X50X5 mm, with four legs grouted to PCC (1:2:4) type B1 foundation block with suitable mounting arrangement for bus bars voltmeter, ammeter, changeover switch and MCCBs, hinged doors at front with suitable locking arrangement, Provision of louvers at sides, structure treated under 8 - tank metal treatment process and duly powder coated, complete all as specified and directed :- (Main Panel) NOTE:- Connection from Main bus bar to Outgoing MCCB should be provided through bus bar of suitable rating instead of copper wires.
