Making sewer connection of new sewer line in the existing manholes
Providing, laying, watering and compacting Granular Sub Base to specified lines (G-III).
Provinding and Laying Tack Coat of paving bitumen 80/100 od approved quality @50 Kg per 100 sqm of road surface including cleaning ect. Complete as per MORTH specifactions including cost of bitumen.
Provinding and laying Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonner per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder , transported to site , laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required garde , level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction. Note:- 8% of plastic waste of total qty bitumen should be purchase from M/s K.K Plastic establish in Village Begampur Khatola and should be mixed in Bituminous during the preparation of bituminous macadam, for which MCG Not liable to pay to contractor

Providing & Laying compacted Bituminous Concrete (BC) in one layer with 100-120 TPH batch/ drum type hot mix plant and with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause No. 507 MoRT&H specification (5th Revision) 2013 for road and bridge works (5th Revision)2013 using minimum 5.4% (upto 40 mm thick) to bitumen grade VG-30 as binder content by weight of total mix, complete in all respects including cost of bitumen instruction issued from time to time by MoRT&H regarding machinery & bitumen will be followed strictly. The use of self propelled mechanical paver fitted with electronic sensor device conforming to MoRT&H specification in mandatory.
