Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Taking Down aluminium partion fixed in any description and Refixing the same in same or different location to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge after repair of flooring or other repairs are carried out complte all as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2 :4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, shelves and the like. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make : CICO, Acco Proof, Impermo, Aqua flex, Choksey, STP Cipy as approved.

M&L for Brick work with well burnt best quality locally available bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in any description in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed

Cutting holes of size Exc. half brick but not exc. one brick in brick walls in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required including making good as per its original specification with out any extra cost complete all as directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete.

M & L for anodized aluminium sliding window with anodized aluminium frame of size 92 mm x 32 mm x1.60 mm thick) of 3 Track with 1.6mm thick, with sliding shutters with necessary channels (top rail, bottom rail and style of size 40mmx 18mm x1.6 mm thick) including glazing with tinted sheet glass panel 4.00mm thick, fitted with necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips,locking device one for each shutter , rubber packing, aluminium beading, screws etc, complete.compete all as specified as directed . (Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of 4 mm thick sheet glass ).

S&F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 9 here-in-before but 6 to 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.
