Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) laid in trenches, ducts, pipe on walls, poles of following sizes completed all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of transformer step down, 11 KV/433 volt as per IS-1180 Part-I 2014 including amendment upto date, energy efficient level -II, Oil Natural Air Natural (ONAN) cooled, outdoor type, copper wound, suitable for AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz system of capacity 100 KVA , oil immersed having vector group DYN-11, naturally cooled type, complete with and including first filling of transformer oil, delta connection on HT side, star connection on LT side, manually operated, off-load tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage to (+) 7.5% in three steps of 2.5% each, cable end box at LT side, LT side cable box shall also be fitted with suitable size of cable glands for making connections with all accessories and under mentioned fittings complete all as specified & directed:-

(a) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (b) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing (c) Lifting lugs (d) Drain valve with plug or cover plate (e) Oil level indicator with minimum and maximum marking (f) Cooling Radiator (g) Thermometer pocket (h) Conservator (j) Oil filling hole with cover (k) Silica gel breather duly filled with silica gel. (l) 03 Nos Porcelain HV bushing with arcing horn on HV side with bushing rod (m) One cable end box on LV side with 4 Nos porcelain bushing with rod (n) Any other fittings as recommended by the manufacturer of effecient functioning of the transformer. (o) Necessary mettalic channel for mounting transformer on two poles structure. Notes:- (i) The drawing of transformer shall be approved by accepting officer on the receipt of request from the contractor through GE. (ii) The transformer shall be tested as per IS for all routine tests in the factory premises and reports will be deposited with purchase voucher. (iii) Contractor will arrange necessary equipments and material to facilitate testing of transformer by SEI/EI/AEI.

Material and labour for switch air brake gang operated triple pole mechanically operated vertically /horizontally mounted on HT insulators (9 insulators type ) and MS galvanized steel frame with operating mechanizing worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating up to 200 Amps 11000 volts complete with locking arrangement MS clamps, bolts and nuts and washers etc including drop out expulsion type of fuses with fuse barrels of required capacity to suit load at site including two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made epoxy polyester powder coated distribution board VTPN 4 way (MCCB DB) double door (IP-43 protection) fabricated from minimum 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed on wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amps bus bar, neutral bar, standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with provn for TPN as incommer and outgoing MCBs as required at site complete all as specified and conforming to IS: 8623 along with cable end box complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) MCCB and MCBs shall be measured and paid separately. (b) All cables terminating into MCBs shall be connected by using suitable copper lugs/thimbles/sleeves and its cost shall be deemed to be included under respective item of Sch.

Supply and fix MCCB 63 Amp, 4 pole, 16 KA, 415 volts, fixed thermal and magnetic release setting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB single pole, 240 volts, 6 Amps to 32 Amp breaking capacity 10KA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to equipments at another end 20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.

M&L danger notice plate of size 25cmx20cm made out of MS sheet 1.6 mm thick, vitreous enameled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in singnal red colour and fixed MS clamps, bolts, nuts of approved size for HT poles complete

M & L Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size for two pole structure as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth in soft/loose soil for laying under ground cable and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with dry and clean locally available sand for underground cable 8cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying cable and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: Pressed thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type-1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, straining and stringing of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor including binding with aluminium conductor as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring/Drilling (horizontally) manually under existing road, pavement, hard standing suitable for passing GI tubing up to 50 mm bore complete all as specified. Note : GI tubing will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing of size 40 mm bore dia, light grade complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with mild steel clamps , bolts ,nuts and washers complete all as specified of following bore and as directed.

M&L for galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing of size 50 mm bore dia, light grade complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with mild steel clamps , bolts ,nuts and washers complete all as specified of following bore and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation of poles/struts/stays etcfilling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in copping & bed block etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F twin core 6.0 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded aluminium conductor cable over all PVC sheathed, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated passing through 20mm dia PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note : one run of cable and PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

M&L for stay assembly complete comprising of stay bow 40 cm long, 14mm dia complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No - 1 of SSR 2009 Part - 1 (on page 495), with and incl 20 mm dia, 1.8 mtr long galvanised stay rod with threaded ends, GI nuts, bolts , washers, thimbles with and incl 300mmx300mmx6mm stay plate, stay strand wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
