Surface dressing not exc 15 cm deep as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area n exc 1.50 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area exceeding 1.50 m in depth and not exceeding 3.00 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core gauge exc 63 mm but not exc 100 mm deposite, spread, and levelling in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC M-30 Design mix ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beam, plinth beam, base for columns etc, basement slab under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC M-30 Design mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)) as in columns pillar, piers, post, struts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC M-30 Design mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, bllast wall and the like any thickness to top of footings, including all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC M-30 Design mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)) as in roof beams, cantilever bressmmers, lintle over 1.50 mtr span all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for form work to side of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and rafts beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical or to batter fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for form work to side of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and sanctions fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for form work to face of walls,retaining walls, abutments parapet, similar stair case railing and similar work fair finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for form work to side and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam hanching, shelves etc between roof and beam fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs, such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing, and similar work exceeding 200 mm thick fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia. and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, cut to length bend to shape all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 with using integral liquid WPC as per manufacturers instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even smooth without using extra cement on external surface of wall complete all as specified and directed. Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply of integral liquid water proofing compound.

Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on walls in cement mortar 1:4 with using integral liquid WPC as per manufacturers instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

S&F framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F for Cast iron pipes dia 150 mm bore with spigot and sockets ends, vertical cast class A in any length, laid in trenches all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole cover slab (for manholes etc) water throughs and similar articles with plain face complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well raming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint over a coat of cement primer on newley plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete, all as specified and as directed.

Cast iron pipes 80mm bore with flanged ends/ vertical cast, Class B in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified, Make : Electro steel casting/ kalinga iron works/ kesoram spun pipe.

CI Fitting for clamp pipes 80 to 150mm bore like bends, tapers, Tee pieces (Single or double branches) any type and angle/radius and straingth connecting pipes but all ends flanged complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Cast iron butterfly valve, conforming to BIS 13095 of 2000 with flanged end equally drilledholes, any pattern of size 80mm dia complete with mild steel nuts, bolts washers etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for bracing supports, clamps and back plates fabricate from steel section ISI marked including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold and hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size for holding of pipe air termination ros etc as indicated or directed and dully printed with systhetic enamel alluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed
