The outer frames of the door are made of 125mm x 75mm teakwood of best quality. The door shutter frame is made of size 150 mm x 63mm. The door panel is double shutter. The door panels shall be of 50mm thick teakwood planks with ornamental carving designs approved by the Executive Engineer. The lock rail shall be of 200 x 50mm thick teakwood frame. Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of steel doors with the following specification M.S. angles of a size 40 x 40 x 6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35 x35 x5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S. flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frames 18 gauge C.R. sheet is laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact for 1/3 bottom portion of the shutter. M.S. flat 18 x 5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the CR sheet in between. Additional stiffener with 18 x 5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shuitter. Supply, Erection, testing and commissioning of 125A capacity dust and vermin proof horizontal type cubical panel board made up of 16 SWG CRCA sheet with supply and fixing of the following interior switches with HRC fuse links arranged horizontally with horizontal busbar chamber and cable chambers. 1. 125A TPN switch disconnector fuse unit interior only with HRC fuses double break-1 No. 2. 32A TPN switch disconnector fuse unit interior only with HRC fuses double break-2 No. 3. 63A TPN switch disconnector fuse unit interior only with HRC fuses double break-4 Nos. The alternator is to be designed, built & tested to IS, BS, IEC or any other equivalent Indian or International Standards.The engine should be provided with suitable electrical starting system including, suitable radiator arrangements with suitable fully charged new batteries and with other connecting accessories, microprocessor based genset controllers display and displayed at phase voltage & currents, Frequency, reverse power, Genset KVA, KW, KWh, KVAr, power factor, canopy temperature, lube oil pressure, engine temperature, RPM, run hours, number of starts, fuel level, auto/manual stop, battery charge condition. The fuel tank should be fabricated with 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet steel inbuilt removable type sheet metal fuel tank with fuel gauge drain plug and fuel connections, fuel level indicator and with a capacity of not less than 50 Ltrs. Provisions are to be made to filter the sediments, water in the fuel at rear side and provision of vent at top to release the air pressure in the tank. The tank should be painted with non corrosive and non-flammable paint. The fuel tank should be filled with a minimum level of fuel for test running on full load. (Make: Ashok Leyland/eql)
