Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One Cement and Six Crushed stone sand) using best quality fly ash bricks of size 23x11x7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tilles of size 230mmx230mmx20mm of approved quality set in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compund conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the samen cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with ceramic tiles of best approved quality and colour of size 305x305x6mm in all floors laid over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick and pointing neatly with same colour cement at 0/30Kg/sqm to suit the colour of the tiles and specifications. Including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surface etc., as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white/colour glazed tiles of sizes 300mm x 450mm x 8mm and set in cement Mortar 1:2 (one Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 kg./sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40Kg./sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by executive engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite stone slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18/20mm thick of jet black with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with requied cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., the granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Supplying and fixing ornamental burma teakwood door as per the drawings and designs approved by the departmental officers. The size of opening shall be 1.83 x 2.13m. The outer frames of the door are made of 125mm x 75mm teakwood of best quality. The door shutter frame is made of size 150 mm x 63mm. The door panel is double shutter. The door panels shall be of 50mm thick teakwood planks with ornamental carving designs approved by the Executive Engineer. The lock rail shall be of 200 x 50mm thick teakwood frame. The door fames and shutters are finished with two coats of best quality malemine polish. The rate is inclusive of best approved quality teakwood, brass hinges, brass tower bolts, brass aldrop, door stopper, brass screws etc., The rate includes cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance charges, fixing charges, carving charges electricity charges and all other incidential charges etc., all materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on Works.

Supplying and fixing of Stainless steel (salem Stainless Steel) Door Frame (Box section using stainless steel plate of 1.6mm thick) of size 100m x 60mm with a rebate of 30/35mm x 15mm on one side of the frame including supplying and fixing dovetail splayed end stainless steel hold fast etc., with one coat of zinc chromate yellow primer and filling the inside hallow portion with cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm HBG stone jelly etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing solid core particle board flush shutter of nominal thick of 35mm with Teak ply on both sides and with T.W. lipping alround conforming to IS 2302 including supplying and fixing cost of wind appiances and furniture fittings such as 1no. 300 x 12mm aluminium tower bolt 2 nos. 200 x 12mm aluminium tower bolts 1no. 250 x 16mm aluminium aldrops, 2nos. 200mm 'D' type aluminium door handle and door stopper with bush etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply & fixing of WPC (Wood polymer Composite) Frame extruded with size 75mm x 50mm. The single core door made of rigid WPC compound with minimum Bulk Density of 900 Kg/Cub. Mt. & shore hardness of 55. Supply & fixing of QUTEWPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum bulk density of 550 Kg/Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55 for the aesthetic appearance, the door shall be a printed digitally on one side of the shutter and the design is as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed onto the WPC frame with 3 Nos of 5" SS Hinges and the door shall have 2 tower bolt on one side and 1 towerbolt or aldrop on other side for locking system and 2 numbers of handle on the either side of the door shutter, all made of aluminium etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of steel doors with the following specification M.S. angles of a size 40 x 40 x 6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35 x35 x5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S. flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frames 18 gauge C.R. sheet is laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact for 1/3 bottom portion of the shutter. M.S. flat 18 x 5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the CR sheet in between. Additional stiffener with 18 x 5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shuitter. Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of stainess steel hand rail for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia stainless steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 x 100 x 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. (The Plastic emulsion paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat of over cement plastered wall surface etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting New Iron works for doors windows and ventilators, iron bars, weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with two coats of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The cement paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Polishing the teak wood door with two coats of best French (Lac) polish with approved quality and brand over a coat of bee's waxing including preparing the wooden surface to recive polishing, etc., complete complying as per the standard specifications. (The make, quality and colour of french polish, bees vax should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC pipes of approved quality and best variety of B Class pipes of the following dia including labour for fixing UPVC specials (excluding charges for cutting and threading and cost of such specials) with necessary shellac, thread ball, etc., and making holes on the wall/concrete and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with necessary brick work/concrete. The alternator is to be designed, built & tested to IS, BS, IEC or any other equivalent Indian or International Standards.The engine should be provided with suitable electrical starting system including, suitable radiator arrangements with suitable fully charged new batteries and with other connecting accessories, microprocessor based genset controllers display and displayed at phase voltage & currents, Frequency, reverse power, Genset KVA, KW, KWh, KVAr, power factor, canopy temperature, lube oil pressure, engine temperature, RPM, run hours, number of starts, fuel level, auto/manual stop, battery charge condition. The fuel tank should be fabricated with 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet steel inbuilt removable type sheet metal fuel tank with fuel gauge drain plug and fuel connections, fuel level indicator and with a capacity of not less than 50 Ltrs. Provisions are to be made to filter the sediments, water in the fuel at rear side and provision of vent at top to release the air pressure in the tank.
