Taking down carefully fan motor from existing desert coolers and in lieu providing new fan motor 1/5 to 1/6 HP 230 volts, 50 HZ, including replacement of mounting legs & nuts bolts with capacitor 4 Mfd as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed. Make;- Bajaj/CG/ Havells

Taking down carefully fan motor 1/5 to 1/6 HP 230 volts, 50 HZ, from existing desert coolers of each camp at MFFR and refixing the same camp fan motor after rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing size complete including replacement of bush/bearing, mounting legs & nuts bolts capacitor 4 Mfd as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed. Make: Milan/chetak Note:- Contractor will be arranged all required T&P (winding machine) repair for desert cooler motor/sevicing i.e winding/greasing /oiling in AGE MFFR yard)

Taking down the following parts from the existing desert coolers & providing new parts in same possition as listed below- (a) Capacitor for desert cooler 4 MFD 230 volts Make: Asian/Tibcon

Water Cooler Taking down unserviceable compressor form deep freezer including bushes, gromments, sleeves, washers, mounting rubbers, nuts, bolts terminal cover brazing and clips from existing water coolers of Make: voltas/Usha/Sidhwal/Blue star 60/120,150/180.

Taking down carefully existing internal wiring of existing water coolers and in liu provision of new internal wiring of with PVC insulated copper conducter cable of size 40/ 0.0076 sq mm including replacementof main lead 03 meter long, terminals clips, thimbles, 03 pin plug top 15 amps & soldering extra compelte all as specified. Make :- of wiring plaza/finolex

Cleaning of complete existing gas system with CTC, testing of leakage, charging of refrigerant with R-134 (a) after rectification of leakage in existing water cooler complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old rusted warn out portion of sheet/angle/flat iron from base, front and top etc. of the water cooler/ air conditioner and providing new mild steel sheet, angle iron/MS flat including necessary bending, welding. reveting etc. including making provision for mounting of fan motors, compressor, and condenser complete all as specified.

Complete removing old faded paint from steel surfaces of water cooler by scrapers making the surface smooth including filing material and painting the surface of any description over 10 Cm in width of girth not otherwise described with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down deffective fan motor from water coolers, dismentling the old burnt winding from the motor and rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per existing size. Ceiling Fan Taking down ceiling fan for repair/servicing i.e. greasing/oiling etc., 1200/1400 mm sweep, of any make and any type model, ceiing cable end with tape, dismandling the blades, removing fan and deposit the blades/motor to store for repairing/servicing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Dismantling of existing defective Stator of the 45 kva DG set disconnecting the electric connecting coupling pulley and taking out to work shop cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper windings, cleaning of slots and rewinding with solid copper conductor (winding wire) complete including varnishing, drying ovening overhauling greeasing and fixing in the same position making necessary electric connection and testing on DG set complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing defective Excitor of the cap 45 kva to 63.5 KVA DG set disconnecting the electric connecting and taking out to work shop cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper windings, cleaning of slots and rewinding with solid copper conductor (winding wire) complete including varnishing, drying ovening overhauling greeasing and fixing in the same position making necessary electric connection and testing on DG set complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of panel wiring of DG set of capaity 25 to 62.5 KVA DG set, and rewiring with suitable size copper wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Chane of silicon diode of suitable cap for DG set of cap 25 KVA to 62.5 KVA , commissioning & testing on full load complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of four pole offload changeover switch 100 Amps, 415 Volts with sheet steel enclosure including disconnecting existing cable connection and reconnecting after fixing the same as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make :- L&T/Siemens/Havells/C&S

S&F in replacement of four pole onload/offload changeover switch 200 Amps, 415 Volts with sheet steel enclosure including disconnecting existing cable connection and reconnecting after fixing the same as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- L&T/Siemens/Havells/C&S

M & L for Shifting to DG set of any Cap and any Size From office complex to E/M installation & back to office after complition of requirement ( approx 90Km to 120 Km) and commissioning ,testing after refixing the same with connecting acessories as required at site as specified and as directed by Enge -in-charge . Note-transporation deemed to included in quoted rate.

M&L for Earthing to equipments / panels etc with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to transformer / GOD / Panel / equipment body / test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete servicing of 5/7.5 KVADG set of any make and type to made functional replacing unserviceable spare parts, old oil filer, fuel filter , air cleaner filter element including drain out old engine oil (lubricants) and coolant including commissioning & testing on full load upto satisfaction after repair/ replacement at unserviceable parts/filter engine oil/ coolant etc. complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- Replaced Spare parts/ engine oil/ coolant shall be measured & paid under appropriate items of Sch 'A')

M&L for dismantling of engine of 5/7.5 KVA DG set of any make & type by strip opening and repairing of diesel engine gen set with following repairs/ replacement of worn out spare parts commissioning testing on full load and entire satisfication of Engineer-in-charge after complete repairing (Testing shall be carried out for 08 hrs continious and diesel for testing shall be supplied by the deptt free for testing). (Note:- Spare parts shall be measured & paid as supply only under appropriate items of Sch 'A') (a) Valve set cutting and fixing of valve guide. (b) Fixing of cylinder linner. (c) Cylinder block liner bearing and threading of existing bores. (d) Fixing of piston ring complete. (e) Repair to cylinder block injector sleeves including fixing and testing complete.

M&L for dismantling unservicable Start Key & Push Battan of 25 KVA DG Set to 63.5 KVA, to replacement of new Start Key complete all as specified and directed.
