EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for valve camber of size 900x900x900mm (internal dimation ) with sub class 'B'brick masonery built in cm 1:6. 15cm thick internal & 20mm thick external plaster in 1:4 cm provided with 3.15mm thick ms sheet cover welded 50x50x6mm ms angle iron frame fixed in coping pcc 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) with locking arrangement and handel ,painting with two coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enameled red paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete inculiding excavation and earth work all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless techonology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mmdia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure

S&F LT panel complete outdoor type cubical panel board suitable for 3 phase, 4 wired, 433V, 50 Hz and tested at CPRI for 35 MVA rapturing capacity at 433 volts factory fabricated in an approved factory with CRCA sheet not less than 3.1 mm thick having modern fabrication process powder coating in approved shade having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust and vermin proof and general constructions conforming to IS : 8623/93. The LT Panel shall be front and back openable and having inner and outer shells. The inner shells duly compartmentalized for each control gears. The panel should have suitable size of Aluminium bus -bar three phase 4 wired system having current carrying capacity not less than 1.2 times of the rated current carrying capacity of the incomer ACB/MCCB. The panel should have the following incoming and outgoing controls alongwith suitable sizes of glands duly fixed with the panel by means of suitable link plates complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (The Panel should be mounted on angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm grounting in PCC platform, rates deemed to be included in the quoted rate ), CPRI approved manufacturer (Make:- Universal Switchgears & Controls/Conelec Systems/Tricolite/Mc Layer/Indo Asian/SMS Panel) and to accommodate the following incoming and outgoing controls and suitable size:-

INCOMING (i) MCCB 800 A 50 KA 4 pole -1 No. (ii) Digital Multi functional meter VAFPP (voltage, current,frequency, power factor-1 No. (iii) Phase indicator lamp (LED type) 1 set (set of three). OUT GOING (i) MCCB 200 A,36 KA, 4 pole -03 Nos. (ii) MCCB 125 A,36 KA, 4 pole -02 Nos.

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven (single phase), having nominal air flow capacity of 5000 CuM per hour (or nearest size) (Steel body).

Supply and fix floor mounted AC stand suitable for out door AC unit up to cap of 1.5 ton capacity necessary 40x40x6mm angle iron including fixing arrangements like welding, fabrication and nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
