OPTICAL FIBER CABLE LAYING PATCH WORKS IN KARAIKUDI DIVISION

Breaking asphalt/bitumen/rocky/concrete surface for OFC trenching up to the depth of 1.65 m , back filling of earth.

Excavation in trenches in ordinary soil for laying PLB/HDPE pipes to a depth of 1.65 m from the existing ground level with a minimum width of 45 cm at top and 30cms at bottom including back filling the earth irrespective of soil/rock, to the satisfaction of Officer in Charge and disposal of the surplus earth as per the direction of the officer in charge.

Horizontal boring method and inserting 150mm GI pipes/ 120 mm DWC pipes and pushing PLB pipes 3 numbers inside along/across the road /rail and including freight charges.

Laying PLB PIPE (40 mm / 50 mm dia) in the trenches up to a depth of 1.65 Mt (PLB pipes will be supplied by BSNL ) coupled with sockets, sealing of PLB coils by rubber bushes in Manhole and including freight charges.

Taking manhole pits, pulling of Optical fiber cable, Providing split pipes and back filling(OF cable will be supplied by BSNL)or OF cable blowing using machine in PLB pipe.

Digging Test pits for cable tracing of size (1m length x 45cm width x1.65 depth)
