Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm dia blue-gum posts of 4.0m overall length (3M HT + 0.5M projection + 0.5m into ground) the distance between two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of postsbeling 2.0m and the spacing of postsbeling 2.0m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m overlap on either sideand braces at 2m c/cincluding longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing aplatform with country woodplanksof 40mm tk & 1.0m width in a complete form using colr and nalls - 1.0m run -- FOR REJUVENATION WORKS

Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 10mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309)

Painting two coats for Exterior surface with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing 10K OHT RCC inside access ladder of approved pattern and design in RCC 1:11/2:3 (One cement and one and half sand and three HBG stone of 20mm size ISS gauge) 0.40m width, 0.10m thickness, 0.12m breadth for side post, 0.05m thickness 0.12m breadth for steps with suitable inclination including cost of cement, reinforcement centering, finishing, curing etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Providing and fixing 60K OHT RCC inside access ladder of approved pattern and design in RCC 1:11/2:3 (One cement and one and half sand and three HBG stone of 20mm size ISS gauge) 0.40m width, 0.10m thickness, 0.12m breadth for side post, 0.05m thickness 0.12m breadth for steps with suitable inclination including cost of cement, reinforcement centering, finishing, curing etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Supply, delivery and fixing in position of 0.60x0.60 m C.I manhole frame and cover heavy duty approved patten at the roof slab and as directed . the manhole frame and cover should of light etc., complete and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Labour charges for Painting TWAD Board Emblem in accordance with the size and specifications as approved by the Board on the Service Reservoirs including cost of all consumables , one coat of base paint, scaffolding charges including painting NRDWP logo on the Service Reservoir as per standard specificatons and as directed by the TWAD Board officers.

Provision for pipe connection arrangements for inlet outlet, scour and overflow etc., including cost of pipes, specials, valve, labour charge for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading, fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality enamel paint etc., complete (As per seperate estimate)
