REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF LT NETWORK, DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER GE NARANGI

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry river sand in cable trenches as in cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Material and labour for Sub class ‘B’ old size well burnt brick laid flat in trenches over the cable for protection of LT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable UG cable of size 240-300 Sqmm 3.5 core from trenches / wall / roof etc. for necessary repair/ replacement / re-laying works complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relavent BoQ items.

Taking out old unserviceable UG cable of size 120-185 Sqmm 3.5 core from trenches / wall / roof etc. for necessary repair/ replacement / re-laying works complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relavent BoQ items.

Labour only for laying serviceable UG XLPE cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm, 3.5 core in trenches/ wall/ roof etc. including cutting and jointing through cable jointing kit as required and connecting to the main switches/cut outs MCB/MCCB with necessary lugs after cutting to required length complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (a) Serviceable UG XLPE cable shall be obtained from BoQ item No. 7 here-in-before. (b) Excavation and earth work,brick protection, sand cushioning etc. shall be measured and paid seperately under relavent BoQ items.

Scope includes excavation and backfilling of driving and receiving pits, alignment control, and providing necessary assistance for pulling/laying GI Pipes (up to 50mm dia), complete as specified and as directed. NOTE: (a) GI Pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under the relevant BoQ item. (b) Minimum cover of 0.40 mtr to 0.60 mtr below the road crust to avoid pressure damage.

Material and labour for Prunning / trimming the branches of trees if any along overhead line, 3 m on all side below/ above/ sides of overhead line and removing the same upto 150 m away each span not exceeding 45 m complete all as specified and as directed.

The upper surface having small anti skid aberration marks to avoid slippery effect and lower surface is plane of size 2m x 1m x 2mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 KV including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Retro sign board shall be pasted on 3mm thick ACP sheet. The board shall be fixed on Wall including fixing of fastners, nuts, bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and as directed.
