SPL REPAIR FOR REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE ITEMS AGAINST BER AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER AGE(I) DARJEELING

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Pressure filtration plant as per manufacturer's drawing design of minimum capacity 5,000 GPH confirming to IS 2062 vertical type, single or double deck provided with face piping, valves, filter, under bed plate system fitted with PVC strainer, pressure gauges, man hole, hand hole, air vent systems, air compressure of suitable capacity for back wash complete as per following specification:

(a) Pressure Filter: Vertical singledeck and multi grade type.

(i) Capacity : 5000 GPH

(ii) Shell : 1800mm diaX1500mm height

(iii) Thickness : Body-6mm, Disc-8mm, Bed plate-10mm

(c) Material of construction : Mild Steel ISS-2262

(d) Frontal face pipeline: To be fabricated from 80mm ERW (MS) Pipes medium grade, Valve in frontal Pipeline 80mm butterfly valve flange less finish.

(e) Media : Sand & Gravells, Quantity- 95 cu.ft. approximate.

(g) Under bed System: Perforated Plate fitted with push fit type PVC strainer, Quantity- 250 Nos (approximate) made of LDPE.

(h) Pressure Gauge and sampling Clock : 02 sets, for raw water and filter water.

(j) Air Compressor: Air compressor 6 cfm, model DH 9 fitted with 1.0 HP, 440 Volts AC Motor, 1500 RPM including Air receiving tank, V belt, Belt guard, auto cut off switch, safely valve etc., complete all as specified and directed.

(k) Centrifugal monoblock pumpsets suitable for site requirement/design pressure of capacity 7.5HP, 440Volt monoblock pump sets= 02 Sets; (KDS 852+ of Make Kirloskar or equivqlent make as per make list of tender document)

(l) Design Pressure: confirming to IS 2825, Test pressure- 4.5Kg/Cm², Working pressure- 3.5Kg/Cm².

(m) CI alum pot & soda pot with brass fittings- 14 litres.

Notes : (i) Chlorine testing kit with coloured ample and operation & maintenance manual etc., complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Quoted rate shall include transportation, required foundation as per manufacturer's recommendations, installation duly matcning with existing system as per site requirement, commissioning, testing etc including minor accessories not mentioned but required for installation of system, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of GI tubing of 100 mm dia medium grade ISI Marked laid in trenches/laid under floor on ground including all fittings such as elbow, union, reducer, tees, bends etc and short length, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of GI tubing of 80 mm dia medium grade ISI Marked laid in trenches/laid under floor on ground including all fittings such as elbow, union, reducer, tees, bends etc and short length, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rates include for use of formwork (straight or curved).

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, jointing and testing of cast iron Sluice Valve ISI mark (PN-1.6) of size 80 mm bore confirming to IS 14846-2000, flanged ends drilled having stainless steel spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of cast iron Air Valves with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 80 mm dia bore and fixing up including all arrangements as and where directed complete and all as specified.

Disconnection of existing HT connections with transfomer and taking down transformer from Jalapahar power house and Aloobari pump house with help of suitable lifting equipment/Crane etc. including all allied T&P and shifting to store yard, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning 100KVA, 11/0.433 KV, copper wound, AC 3-phase, 50Hz step-down, Intdoor-type Transformer 11000/433 Volts at No load, oil immersed naturally cooled with externally cooling tubes core type delta connected on primary (HV side and star connected on secondary (LV Side) in accordance with vector Symbol DYN 11 with neutral brought on secondary LV side and having tappings at +/- 2.5 %, +/-5 %, +/- 7.5 %, to be changed by means of OFF LOAD tap changer. The transformer shall be complete with standard fittings all as specified and confirming to IS: 335 of 1983 for oil and Level-2 of IS:1180 with latest ammendments for transformer comprising of following:

a) One cable box on LV side (Secondary side) consisting 4 Nos porcelain bushing rods complete with nut, washers, cable gland etc.

b) Oil conservator tank with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge.

c) De-hydration breather with first fill of de-hydrating agent (silica gel).

d) Thermometer pocket on tank cover

e) One No 100mm dia type thermometer, vapors pressure type having range to 120° C with metal guard having maximum, perimeter reading temperature indication with resetting device for transformer.

f) Rating plate with terminal marking plate.

g) 02 earthing terminal on tank and cover for fixing earth strip.

h) Oil level gauge and Oil drain filter valve.

j) Lifting lugs

k) Oil filling holes with cap/plug with connecting plate complete.

l) Air release valve plug.

m) Detachable rollers -04 Nos

n) Extra bushing for neutral outside the cable box for independent earthing for neutral earth.

o) First Filling of fresh Transformer oil Confirming to IS: 335-1993 and tested up to 40 KV die electric strength.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate no 5 of Sl part I including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering and GI 40mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI earth strip etc, PCC chamber with RCC cover in cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to Transformers/HT/LT poles/panel etc. including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc. 50m including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.
