S & F 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls with MS clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) bends of any radius / shoe fixed to PVC pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in 'repairs' 15mm gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheet head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in 'repairs' 20mm gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheet head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in 'repairs' 50mm gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheet head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over and including bedding in cement mortar (1:6),15mm thick including filling depressions with mud phuska before laying of brick tiles and matching level with existing brick tile surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska but except brick tiles (old serviceable brick tiles to be reused after proper cleaning & washing) including filling of depressions with mud phuska complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tile or terracing tiles single layer on roof including stacking of sarvicable tile and removal of unservicable tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing in CM (1:3)including racking out joints/pointing to brick work or brick tile laid in floors or surface channels roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @200ml per bag of cement on fair faces of concrete/brick tile surfaces on roof slab and finishing top surface even & smoth after wire brushing and cleaning top surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (1) Only coarse sand will be used. (2) Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item in this BOQ.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of old Roof top/ concrete surfaces including uprooting all grass/plants etc & applied a coat of cold bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm followed by APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight not less than 3 kg/ Sq. m and minimum 3 mm thick reinfoced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/Sq. m),with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces if required laid on primed roofs & flashing by forced application using Butane torch, and sealing all joints and finally finished with aluinium [email protected]/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings steps bed blocks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in patches in cement mortar in 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smoothe without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered wall surfaces including cornices & pillasters etc including preparation of surfaces to match with existing work, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work of any type built in cement mortor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m means radius complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks of 500 ltrs capacityand removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 ltrs capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene in white coloured three layered ISI Marked water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastec ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 20mm - 210 gms) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Net contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of credit of Rs. 10,955.00
