M&L for Rewinding of Exhaust fans including opening of fan,Removing the burnt copperwinding of ceiling fan after testing and cutting the rotor coil complete and making clean the rotor & the stator and rewinding with and including super enamelled copper wire of approved quality of existing gauge, over-hauling,lubricating with fresh grease including assembling with replacement of unserviceable parts (to be measured & paid seperately) and testing for satisfatory operation complete for the following:-

(a) 450mm sweep .

(b) 300 to 350 mm sweep

(c) 230 to 250 mm sweep

Taking down carefully any type old unserviceable sub main wiring with wooden batten / PVC surface or concealed conduit complete of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Sub main wiring with two single core PVC Insulated cable two run of size 1.5 Sqmm multi-strand copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade drawing in and including PVC conduit, medium grade not less than 20mm dia with all conduit accessories and one run of 1.5 Sqmm multi-strand copper conductor FRLS cable as continuous earth wire including making good disturbed surface to match existing complete all as specified & directed. Note : - Two run of 1.5 Sqmm & one run of 1.5 Sqmm cable shall be measured as one unit run.

Material & Labour for point wiring with three layer PVC Insulated 1.5 Sqmm multi-strand copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volts grade drawn into and concealed PVC conduits medium grade not less than 20mm( ISI marked) including all fitting and fixing accessories including 1.25 mm thick sunken pressed steel terminal boxes/Modular metal flush box duly painted with two coats of anti-corrosive paint outside and two coats of aluminium paint inside with and including 3mm thick hylam brand laminated white bakelite sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators fixed with CP screws with cup wahsers and PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm multi-strand copper conductor cable as earth wire and making good the disturbed surfaces with cement sand mortar 1:3 to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge for One light Point/fan/bellpoint controlled by one switch.

Description same all as per item No. 38 here in above but with 1100 Volts grade copper stranded conductor FRLSH cable of size 2.5 Sqmm main & with 2.5 Sqmm earth multi-strand copper conductor cable as earth wire for 3 pin switch socket outlet 5 Amp controlled by one switch on Independent board.
