Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil of required width and depth for pipes, cables, foundation, trenches, pits and other similar nature of work (bulk excavation) including getting out of the excavated soil and then refilling the same as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, outside University premises as per the directions of the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 grade crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work complete.

P&L in position specified grade of RCC 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5/20mm nominal size) including the cost of centering, shuttering & formwork for all RCC work

Providing steel thermo mechanically treated bars conforming to IS:45612000 reinforcement for all RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of cold twisted steel reinforcement and binding with 18-20 gauge, soft drawn concealed steel binding wire complete.

Providing and applying 15mm thick cement plaster on the cement concrete / single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Making soak pit 2.5 m diameter 3.0 meter deep with 45x45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 bricks and PVC drain pipe 100 mm diameter, 1.8 m long complete as per standard design.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone- III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone- III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size),inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : With F.P.S. bricks with class designation 75, Inside size 90x80cm and 45cm to 90 cm deep including fixing Angle iron frame 65x65x6mm with hold fast and covered with precast RCC Manhole cover in 1:1.5:3 of Rectangular shape 600x450 internal dimensions including cost of reinforcement as required.
