Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 Sqm depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep and segregation materials stacking for reuse and remove from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with granite, trap or basalt etc, coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8-12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified.

All as per Srl Item No 2.00 here in before but except materials complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Serviceable / unserviceable stone aggregate shall be obtained form item No 1.00 here in before for reuse)

M&L premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen grade any penetration content @ 4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-12 ton power road roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Gunny Bags to remove all loose dirts, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 30mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed carpet with 0.40 cum per 10 Sqm of stone chipping & mixed with 21.90 kg per 10 sqm of binder (paving bitumen) laid and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. (Paving bitumen qty upto 4.73 MT will be issued under sch 'B' and reamaining to be procured from approved make)

M&L liquid seal coat by applying paving bitumen @ 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 6.3 mm size stone chipping @ 0.09 cum per 10 Sqm & rolled to a uniformed smooth surface by 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting lines, dashes, arrows letters etc on road pavements and the like etc not exceeding 10 cm wide with road marking paint white or golden yellow approved quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing solar cat eye and refixing the same in another place with epoxy liquid complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing delineator and refixing the same in another place using PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of road stud aluminium alloy/ polycarbonate body and refixing in another place using epoxy liquid compound and screw and self adhesive as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F solar road stud 125 x 125 x 25 mm (shank 60 mm) with high efficiency mono crystal solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 watt with six super bright LEDs and one NiMh or Ni-Cd rechargeable battery (1.2 V/ 1600 MA) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of speed breaker, rubberised, heavy duty block of size 425 mm x 500 mm and in 3" height , combination of black and yellow colour with two ends fixed with nuts and bolts with adhesive as per manufacturer’s instructions by drilling holes in roads.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm below or above ground level including removal of demolished materials from work site complete all as specified and as directed

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick on concrete wall surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kerb stone, parapet including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary use and waste form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, paths etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L hard core of gauge exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broked stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sand filling as in base for inter-locking paveer block complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctere interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade

M& L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels/drain inculding forming fair finished to drain channel complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
