Fabrication of Extension to the Mild steel bed supported on pre fabricated ISMC 150 brackets duly welded to the erected MS C class 6 inch pipe posts. The job includes fabrication providing and fitting belowof the same by way of mentioned mild steel grade items. The job also Includes provding and applying of atleast two coats of metal primer followed by two coats of suitable paint as per the appproved shade. (a) ISMC 150mm (b) ISMC 100mm (c) MS chequered plate 5 mm thick (120 sft) (d) MS ISA 40x40x5 (e) MS Flat Iron (3x25mm)

Extension to the corragurated GI sheet roofing including vertical /curved surface fixed with poplymer coated J or L bolts and nuts of 8 mm dia with GI limpet filled washers by way of providing GI sheets of requisite length and dimensions. The job excludes cost of perlin, rafters and trusses but includes cutting to the shape and size whereever required

Providing and fitting of High Voltage Insulating Mats (DiElectric Carpets) Confirming to ISI 15652 class. The mats shall provide High Electrical Resistance Upto 33KV and shall have anti-skid surface textures. The thickness of the mats shall be as per the ISI standard conformation and should be suitable for outdoor use.

Fabrication of MS steel railing over and around the MS bed extension out of MS Square Pipe of size 75x75x3 mm as per site requirement and approved by the Incharge Engineer.
