PART- 'A' SITC OF PASSENGER BAGGAGE HANDLING SYSTEM SUB HEAD : 1 SUPPLY OF DEPARTURE CONVEYOR SYSTEM Design, Manufacturing and supply of following equipments/components of departure conveyor system as per the technical specifications and conveyor layout drawings, Including supply of required length of power and control cables from control panel to various drive units, including accessories as per technical specification and any other item required for successful commissioning of system.

Check-in conveyor system in two sections comprising of Weighing and Dispatch conveyor of minimum 1.2 metre length each and 0.65 metre width between side guards along with drive unit for each conveyor section with display range of 0- 150 kg with two displays (one each for passenger and airline staff) and including load sensors and toppling devices. One set comprises of 01 no. weighing & labeling Conveyar, 01no. dispatch conveyor and 02 nos. weighing display

Design, Manufacturing and Supply of Take away/Delivery conveyor with inner useful belt width of min. 1000mm between side walls along with drive unit for collecting baggage from dispatch conveyor side wall complete in all respect and as per Technlcal spetificatlons of baggage handling system Including all electrical switchgears component,cabling,connection/interconnection,Controls,cuttIng & driIIing of hoIes,equipment grouting,earthfng,etc.,complete as required for successfull operation of the system In the departure check-in area 27mtrs being the collector conveyor + 3 meters of transport Conveyors

Transport Conveyor (Straight/inclined/declined) of 1.0 meter belt width including Drive Unit and horizontal transport conveyors inclusive of drive unlt for each section as required as per specifications.

90 Deg Power curves of 1000 mm belt width including Drive Unit, supports, side guides as per specifications

Draught curtains to be provided in the openings wherever the conveyor pass through walls, consisting of flexible overlapping slats of black belt strlps.

Supply of motorised fire shutter in the wall opening (wall between passenger and non-passenger area) of fire rating of minimum 2 hours, limit switches, wiring & Integration with control panel etc.

Design, Manufacturing and Supply of gravity roller conveyor capacity 35kg per Iinear meter ,60/65 mm pitch/dia or as per manufacture's recommendation and height suitably matched and sIoped,compIete in all respects i/c conveyor frame sectlon,roIIers,supports as per technical specifications for baggage handling system including cutting &driIIng of hoIes,equipment grouting etc. as required .

Manufacturing and supply of PLC based control panel in redundant formation Incorporating switch gears, protection devices, starters w1th all sensors and other components suitable for control, operation & safety of departure conveyor system consisting of check-in conveyors, despatch conveyors, take away conveyors, queing conveyors, etc. and supply of required length of power and control cables required for control and power distribution for the complete departure conveyor system with as required and SCADA touch panel on the control panel wlth complete functionality, as per technical specification.

Supply of plastic Tubs measuring length 900 mm. width 480 mm and height 150 mm of minimum 4 mm thickness suitable for carrying the small and odd sized baggages, compatible for induction into BHS as required.

SUB HEAD : 2 — SUPPLY OF ARRIVAL CAROUSELS

Manufacturing and supply of heavy duty race track slat type inclined arrival baggage claim carousels conveyor of loop length 45 mtrs, measured along the centre line, useful width 1200mm (minimum), having slope angle as given in technical specification and speed of 24-30 metres /min (approx). Conveyor shall have die cast aluminum chain block, friction type suitable capacity drive unit compatible for soft starting mechanism, slat shall be made of 5 mm thick (minimum) anti-static & flame retardant moulded rubber and mounted on slat support of suitable dimensions made of M.S./ aluminium sheet painted slat support having loading capacity of 100 kg per meter linear, with stalnless steel side covering, toe kick plate, trim /facia finish, emergency stop push bottons, chain track etc. with all other accessories as requlred for successful commissioning of baggage conveyor system as per technical specifications and site conditions etc.

Feeder Conveyor (Straight/inclined/declined) of 1.0 meter belt width including Drive Unit as per specifications

Queuing / metering Conveyors of minimum 1.2 metre length, 1.0 metre belt width including Drlve Unit suitable for high start/stop frequency as per design with grooved belt as required.

Manufacturing and supply of mlcroprocessor based control panel in redundant formation consisting of PLC unit, suitable soft starting mechanism with field device wiring up to panel, consistlng of control switches, protective devices against overloads, earth leakage, single phase preventor, emergency stop push buttons, power cables from near by main switch to mafn control panel, SCADA touch panel on the control panel with complete functionality etc as per specifications and including local control panels for start/stop functions & touch panel for first and last bag information suitable for operatian & safety of item 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 & 2.4

Subhead 2 Total (including Labour Cess)

SUB HEAD : 3 - INSTALLATION ,TESTING & COMMISSIONING (ITC) OF BAGGAGE CONVEYOR SYSTEM Departure Conveyor System

Assembling, positioning, installation, testing and commissioning of Items under SH: 1 [item no. 1.1 to 1.10 with all accessories including minor civil work such as grouting of structures etc. at the Airport site including installation, testing and commissioning of control panel along with necessary out going cables/wire, earthing for drive unit motor, limmotorised rolling shutters& limit switches, draught curtains, Emergency stop push buttons, main and controls, indicatlons, annunciatlon etc. as required including power cabling complete as required.

Arrival Conveyor system

Assembling, positioning, installation, testing and commissioning of items under SH-2 (item no. 2.1 to 2.7) with all accessories including minor civil work such as grouting of structures etc. ar the Airport site including Installation, testing and commisslonlng of control panel along with necessary out going cables/wire, earthing for drive unit motor, motorized roltlng shutters & limlt switches, draught curtains, Emergency stop push buttons, main and controls, indications, annunciation etc. as required,

PART- ‘B’- Operation & Routine Maintenance of complete Baggage Handling System

OPERATION & ROUTINE MAINTENANCE : Annual Operation and routlne maintenance of complete Departure and Arrival Conveyor systems as mentioned under SH:1 and SH:2 by providing requislte man-power, tools, consumables and technical support etc. during operations as specified in SCC, Technical Specification and particular specifications of operation & routine maintenance with complete In all respect. (02 Shifts = 02 Operator+01 General Shift) (Including Labour Cess)

All Inciusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AICMC) : AICMC after DLP of two years of complete Departure and Arrival Conveyor system as mentioned under SH:1 along with all its Electrical and Mechanical accessories by providing requisite man- power, all required spares, tools, consumables, preventive & corrective maintenance and technical support as specified In SCC, Technical Specificatlan and particular specifications of operation & AICMC with complete In all respect. (including Labour cess)
