Amount

1) The estimated amount is exclusive of GST. 2) The Bidder should quote basic rates exclusive of GST and quote GST percentage separately. GST should be revised from time to time.

Expansion Joint Treatment for horizontal area, Chipping: Removal of existing concrete up to mother slab and disposal of concrete generated debris from terrace to dump yard.

Expansion Joint Treatment, a) Making 25mm groove using Levelling chemical Mortar/Polymer mortar, b) fixing the Backer rod of 40/50 mm dia, c) Filing the Groove with PU Sealant size 40mmx15mm Application Water Guard, a) Application of one coat of Water Guard Acrylic polymer modified cementious slurry coating over the RCC mother slab surface after saturating the surface with water and continuing the coating up to the width of 400mm, b) Laying Fleece over the Water Guard applied surface when the’ coating is still green, c) Fixing the Backer rod of 40/50mm dia, d) Application of second coat of WATER GUARD- Acrylic Polymer Modified cementitious Brush Topping over the Fleece cloth laid surface Concrete M25 Grade, a) Re-concreting the Chipping width of 500mm with M25 Grade Concrete by leaving Groove of 25mm / RMC / MANUAL MIX to match existing flooring, PU Sealent, a) Fixing the Backer rod of 25mm dia, b) Filling the Groove with PU Sealant size 25mmx12mm, c) Finally entire surface shall be finished with APP membrane of 3mm thick, i) Cleaning of Surface thoroughly. ii) Application of Primer. iii) Laying of 3mm thick APP Modified bitumen based water proofing membrane.
