REPAIRS TO SIGN BOARD GATE DRAIN CULVERT AND OTHER RELATED WORKS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN ZONE II AREA OF DRDO TOWNSHIP PHASE I CV RAMAN NAGAR BENGALURU

SCHEDULE OF WORKS

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position, (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished concrete materials etc. to a distance exc 5.0 km but not exceeding a total distance up to10 km, beyond the lead included in the quoted rates of demolition items as mentioned above (i.e., not exceeding 100 metre as mentioned in preamble 21.2.1(c) of MES SSR Part- II (Rates) (2020), including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- (a) The quoted rates shall be applicable only where removing of materials, etc. is not otherwise provided for in the descrption of any of the item of this BoQ. (b) One metric tonne shall mean ‘one load’ and shall be determined all as mentioned in Preamble in Chapter 21 of SSR Part - II (Rates)(2020). (c) No extra allowance for labour in loading, unloading etc., with respect to the weight of any particular item, shall be payable. The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of the same. (d) Removal is to be done by the shortest practicable route and measurement shall be made accordingly, irrespective of the route actually taken. No additional price shall be allowed for roads in bad repairs, gradients or removal over unconsolidated ground etc.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in concrete / brick work, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Desilting and cleaning of blocked storm water drain/nallah etc by removal of mud, soil, aggregate and other similar waste material for smooth flowing/functioning of storm water complete all as specified and directed. Note: Removal of debris outside MD land shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.
