Complete designing of Fire Hydrant System, Fire Detection and Alarm System for the existing Terminal building by engaging specialized manpower / consultant for modification of existing fire hydrant system including detection of leakage in the underground pipings wherever required through suitable methods, converting the existing conventional FDA system into addressable system by utilizing the existing addressable FDA system wherever available, integrating the new devices / proposed system with existing addressable system including preparation and submission of shop drawings, as-built drawings and required documents for obtaining the approval and NOC from local fire authority complete as per latest IS and NBC standards.

TERRACE PUMPSET Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of electric driven terrace pump of 900 lpm at 35 m Head suitable for automatic operation and consisting of following, complete in all respects, as required as per specifications. (a) Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal, split casing pump of cast iron body & bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal etc confirming to IS : 1520 b) Suitable HP squirell cage induction motor TEFC type suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply with IP55 class of protection for enclosure, horizontal foot mounted type with Class-'F' insulation, conforming to IS-325/ IS-12615. Supplying and fixing 20 mm nominal internal dia water hose thermoplastic (Textile reinforced) type -2 of 30mtr length as per IS:12585 with 25 mm dia gun metal globe valve & nozzle complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing weather proof lockable cabinet of size not less than 0.9m x 0.6m x 0.45m made out of MS sheet 2mm thick suitable for housing hydrant post with landing valve, hose reel etc having central opening and 6 mm thick glazed glass doors (Two nos.) suitably marked on the outside with the letters "FIRE" including necessary locking arrangement, mounting legs/concrete pedestal and shall be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of P.O red shade as required as per specifications.

Providing & fixing of pressure switch (1 to 10 bar) in M.S. pipe line including connection etc. as required.

Providing and fixing in position the industrial type pressure gauges of 100mm dia with gun metal / brass valves complete as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Cutting/demolishing of hard bituminous/concrete surfaces/roads upto a thickness of 300mm of required width to enable laying of M.S pipes upto 150mm dia size and finishing the same with 150mm thick cement concrete of 1:3:6 ratio over the excavated road surface after laying of M.S pipe etc complete as required.

Dismantling of existing fire hydrant terrace pump from its location, shifting and transporting the same to AAI stores etc complete as required upto a distance not more than 200 metres etc complete as required.

Dismantling of existing Fire Control Panel from its location, i/c removal of cable termination, shifting and handing over to AAI store upto a distance not more than 200 mtrs etc complete as required.

Dismantling of existing fire hydrant landing valve from its location, carrying out required maintenance, chemical cleaning of internal parts and reinstalling the same at its original location after replacing the internal parts, gaskets etc complete as required.

Dismantling of 80/100/150mm dia NRV/Sluice/Gate/butterfly valves including flanges from the existing fire hydrant pipe lines and transporting the same to AAI stores etc complete as required

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of UL/EN Listed (latest version) Micro-processor based Intelligent Addressable Fire Alarm Control Panel with following loops compatable for integrating with existing detectors/devices of Morley IAS/Notifier make and capable of supporting not less than 198 devices (including detectors) and minimum 99 detectors per loop with loop length upto 2 km, network communication card, minimum 240 character graphics/ LCD display with touch screen or keypad, events history log in the non volatile memory (EPROM), power supply unit (230 ± 5 % V, 50 hz), 48 hrs back-up with 24 volt sealed maintenance free batteries with automatic charger. The panel shall have facility to connect printer to printout log and facility to have seamless integration with analog/digital voice evacuation system and shall be complete with all accessories. The panel shall be compatible for IBMS system with open protocol Bacnet/ Modbus over IP complete as per specifications.
