Cleaning of underground services reservoir including disposal of silt and rubbish, all as per direction of engineer-in- charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations; 1. Tank shall be emptied of water & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits using inflow and washout circulation. 2. Entire surface area shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. And pressure washed with water. 3. Disinfection of RCC internal surface. 4. The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood,trees & saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1m above ground level) including cutting of trunk & branches,removing the roots,stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material.Beyond 30cm girth upto & including 60cm girth.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed.

Providing & laying of stone soling (dully hand packed) including watering dressing and ramming with all carriages loading un-loading and stacking etc. complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing & laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing & reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing & injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.(The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of approved make @ 2%of weight of cement used) modified Cement slurry made with non shrink compound in concrete/ RCC work

Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanized steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diameter (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Shotcreting R.C.C. columns, beams and slabs etc. in layers wit approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/ tapping with a blunt metal instrument. 75mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum.

Providing & fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75x25mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of “L” shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement incl. the cost of materail, labours, tools and plants as approved by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservoir, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI- 212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self?healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in?charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For vertical surface two coats @ 0.70 kg per sqm

Fixing charges of existing 300mm dia flanged pipe for zero discharge be extension and additional line. The job includes dismantling of existing line by way of separating pipe lengths at flanged joints and refixing the same along new alignment including all carriages, fixtures, and tools etc. required at site.

Fabrication, providing, installation and commissioning of 350/500/600mm dia 6/8mm thick flanged MS pipes/ tees/ bends etc .conforming to IS 3589 FR 410 duly painted with anticorrosive paint (for making rising main branches upto S. Khul, Khul to filter house deliver, 1.7mg SR washout, overflow system etc (all item quantities will be paid in weight and fabrication specification will be done as per directions of engineer incharge.

Providing & fixing after procurement of bowl casing for 50 HP reputed make submersible pumps according to pump specification and company examination and making functional the same. The job includes dismantling of pump body (if required0 and proper fitting /fixing of the casing and also construction of steel base for the pup on which it shall rest and all carriages, loading/unloading, mounting/dismounting complete; followed by commissioning of the pumps and making functional the zero discharge system to satisfactory reports after continued operation.

Provision for providing and using of water proofing chemical (Dr fixit) in concrete mix as per the direction of site in charge (Qty. provisional subject to actual execution).
