Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) not exc 15 cm thick in ground floor and paving below or above ground level any description complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc incl brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete.

Description same as per above but exc. 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete.

M & L for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, landing,steps over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing, rounding edge inner and outer and grinding and polishing to achive mirror finish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab on vertical surfaces such as skirting, risers of step, dado etc over and including 10mm thick bearing plaster in cement mortar 1:3, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course to floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching to drain, coping, bed block etc and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
