REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AND MAINT OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES INCL ATTENDING DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS, CERTAIN OTHER MISC B/R WORKS AT TARAPORE ENCLAVE UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (SOUTH) DELHI CANTT-10

Cleaning of sewage lines from 100 mm bore to 300 mm bore by super sucker machine with water jet pressure, the sucked wastage material will be collected in tanker and disposed off out of MoD land . All T&P will be provided by contractor including water for pressure to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole, the sludge deposited in sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MOD land at any distance and with any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (a) The tenderer shall engage the above mentioned T&P and intimate to Engr-in-Charge in writing with machine No/Vehicle No etc for their record and prior approval. (b) The T&P as and when brought by the tenderer based on site requirement,the concern site executive shall take a photograph of machine alongwith the supervising staff i.e JE's and contractor's rep etc. and shall kept in record with date. (c) A pucca bound register shall be maintained showing the machine No/Vehicle No and their deployment at site mentioning time and date duly signed by concern JE, Engr-in-Charge and contractor and the same register shall be produced while claiming the payment by the tenderer. (d) The Manhole will measured and paid separately.

Dewatering/desilting of existing manholes of depth not exceeding 3.0 m depth of manhole. The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanised operation by means of diesel / electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction - cum- jetting machines fitted with pump of required requisite capacity and the sludge sucked out with Super Succer Machine.The sludge deposited in manhole shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and with any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as specified and as directed. Removal/cleaning of blockage in WCs, WHB, Sink, Bottle traps, Nahani traps, Cast Iron soil waste pipe running on external wall of bldgs including junction holes of any description etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing blockage including cleaning of PVC/ CI pipe upto and including 150 mm bore from kitchen/ bath/ wash hand basin/ urinal/ WC of any length upto gulley trap by rodding/choke remover manually or otherwise including removing & refixing of oval access door cover (up to 6.00mtr hight) complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing blockage including cleaning of RCC/SGSW / PVC/ CI pipe upto and including 150 mm bore in any length from gulley trap to 1st manhole by rodding / choke remover, manually or otherwise including removing & refixing manhole covers of 1st manhole complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing blockage including cleaning of RCC/SGSW pipe upto and including 300mm bore line onward to 1st manhole by rodding / choke remover, manually or otherwise including removing & refixing manhole covers of manhole complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150/200 (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, & not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 200 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes,class NP 2,laid and jointed complete with coller all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement conc 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded agg as in conc bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200 mm bore pipes all as specified.(Note- thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes 15 cm and width of bed : Outer diameter of drain pipes (not of sockets/collars) plus 30 cm all as specified and as directed.
