Taking down carefully the old unserviceable Aluminium / Copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets, regulators, electric bell, lamp holder etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including necessary touch up with the adjoining surface of disturbed area with OBD/colour wash/white wash as the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Point wiring using FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed /multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sq mm drawn through and including concealed PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked and of appropriate dia as specified, fixed on surface of wall/ ceiling with mild steel sunken box and bakelite sheet 3 mm thick including all fittings such as tees, bend and junction boxes etc using cable (1.5 Sq mm for phase and neutral and 1.5 sq mm earthing), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The rate is inclusive cutting/ chasing and making good disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surface same as adjoining surface with OBD/colour wash/ white wash complete.

All as per Ser Item No. 2 above but One light/fan/Bell point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
