Material and labour, repair to pot holes depth not exceeding 30mm and area not exceeding 1.0sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces of road, path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat of paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5kg per ten sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg Per 10 Sqm using VG 30 paving bitumen blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippling of 6.3mm size and again well rammed ( including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Preparation of existing black top bituminous road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc , sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour,applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 @ 5kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Premix Bituminous concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (paving bitumen of grade VG-10) content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2 with mix of aggregate and VG-10 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hotmix from HMP to work site by tippers and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher and as per approved mix and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8-12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandam roller, complete all as per clause 507 MORTH (5th Rev) specification and as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) The contractor shall quotes the rate against item considering 5.5% VG-10 bitumen content. Job mix formula as per Clause No. 505.3.3 of MORTH (5th Rev) for BC shall be worked out from Thapar Insti. of Engg & Tech. Patiala/ NIT Kurukshetra/ PEC Chandigarh/ CTL for obtaining Optimum Binder content (OBC) by the contractor without any financial effect to the Deptt and same be submitted to the GE for approval. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ Rs 42/Kg of binder and no adjustment shall be made on plus side. (ii) Cost of filler i.e. cement (Ordinary portland cement/ OPC) is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. (iii) After spreading of mix as per clause 505.4.7 entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonne (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8-10 tonne static weight, followed by finished rolling with 6 to 8 tonne smooth wheel tendom roller as per clause nos. 507.4.8 and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

Material and labour, premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix using 12 to 25mm graded crushed preheated stone aggregate, laid, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 ton power roller to required gradient & camber, consolidated thickness 75mm or less, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, painting 2mm thick of thermoplast fluorescent paint colour white or golden yellow or any other shade conforming to BS standard 3262 with 20% glass beads (inter mixed) applied hot with automatic(commercial) machine drive in strips, lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc after preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer’s instructions & according to the specifications laid down by IRC & MOST (Ministry Of Surface Transport)- Specifications 2001 (4th revision), making lines, broken lines/dashes, arrows etc. on roads and other like surfaces exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 30cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, duel directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100x100mm having plastic ABS strip containing 31 mini retroreflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12mm of length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering complete all as specified and directed. Supply & fix high intensity reflective taxi track delineator, made out of rigid PVC pipe and fittings, reflector of colour blue/ white/ red, over 75 mm dia pipe of reflector length 370mm including side white sealing reflector sheet bands. Base support pipe of dia 50mm of length 300mm to insert in MS pipe of length 30cm embeded in PCC block 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggegate) including necessary form work including removal of old unservicable delineator complete all as specifed and directed . Supply and fix in , Polycarbonate safety convex mirrors of size 100cm dia complete with mounting hardware and with MS pipe with and including excavation in post hole in any type of soil including grouting of MS pipe in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in block of size 30x30x60cm including taking down old mirror complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in solar road flasher of red, yellow and white colour complete with all fixing accessories with and including bolt, and epoxy for fixing including taking down old road flasher complete all as specified and directed. Make : Greenlight /DARK EYE/TATA BP SOLAR /3M

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 13250.00 (Rupees Thirteen thousands two hundred and fifty only) to be deducted on acceptance of bid.
