Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, cement concrete ( un reinforced), etc complete all as specified and directed.( For sunken)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 125 mm long, aluminium anodized, door handle, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter for , easing, adjusting of old wooden shutters of any description exc. 1 Sq,m and not exc. 2 Sq.m each and refixing in same opening after tiling work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate)as in chajjas / cooking shelves/platform etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
