M & L for point wiring with copper conductor cable multistrand, PVC sheathed 1.5 Sqmm size(two run with colour code RYB) for one light point ,fan point, exhaust fan point,or bell point controlled by one switch including one run of 1.5 Sqmm (as continous earth wire Green)multistrand PVC concealed conduit of approved size and quality ISI marked,including all other required accessories as specified in preamable 1(a) to (q) of section 19 of SSR Part-II under heading 'point wiring' fixedon wall/ceiling including sunk cast iron terminal boxes grouting/flushing on wall for mounting fittings like switch,sockets etc covered with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover of brick masonary/Stone masonary wall complete including cutting,chasing,pinning and making good the disturbed surface by using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Make of wire/cable-Havells/Anchor/Finolex,(Note:-the rate for concealed type point wiring shall deemed to include the cost of cutting,chasing in wall by using electric cutter and making good the disturbed surface of wall by providing cement plasterand matching the surface by white wash/colour wash all as per existing finishes complete).

Supply & Fixing of exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with loubers shutter, AC single Phase, 230 Volt, RPM 1200, Copper winding of size 250 mm sweep with, blades, and frame complete with fixing of fastner by using of drill machine all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground any type of soil including rock soil alos (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, as earth lead complete including 40mm bore dia protection pipe GI medium grade upto 7.5 mtr length, watering pipe 15mm bore dia GI medium grade 1.70m length, charcoal & salt filling, necessary earth work in any type of soil including rocky soil also, concrete pit, funnel removal of surplus soil upto 50m distance all as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point, main board including testing on completion all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Test point terminal block for lighting conductor made of gun metal of phosphorus bronze size 75 x75x25 mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos, 8mm dia 25 mm long hex. Head screw all as specified.
