Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: Old work (ONE or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface (As per DSR 13.112.2)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Old work (One or more coat) (As per DSR 13.81.1)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.(As per DSR 15.56)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6(1 cement: 6 fine sand) (As per DSR 13.1.2)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work (As per DSR 13.99.1)

Preparation of plastered or concrete surfaces for oil bound distemper or emulsion or apex paint including sand papering the surface or scrapping by patti, applying filling with cement based putty (Birla, Jk or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
