REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE TO ROOF TREATMENT, LINTELS, CHAJJAS AND CERTAIN B/R WORKS AT AF STN CHIMNEY HILLS UNDER AGE (I) AF CHIMNEY HILLS

M & L for applying the first coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic New or equivalent in other brands at a rate of 2 sq. m./ltr./coat and then applying a second coat at 90° to the first coat at the rate of 2 sq. m./ltr./coat. over a coat of self priming Dr.fixit Roofseal classic new or equivalent in other brands (diluted with water in the ratio of 2:1 at the rate of 1 lit /10 sqm) including preparation of surface by removing loose particles/dust as per manufacturer instructions on dry surface of source of seepage/ leakage points complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in charge.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 and nexc .18 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments to match the screed bed with CM (1:6) 15mm thick laying floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) 450x350 or 350x250 x6-7mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1 :4 complete all as specified and directed.(Colour & Pattern as approved by Engr-in-charge).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out jionts hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement plaster (1:4) 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over 1 mm thick wall care putty smooth finishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of decorated surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applaying one coat of Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified

M&L Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applaying one coat of cement based paint.

M&L for 15 mm thick water proofing cement plaster on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smoth with out using extra cement.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound.

Applying Oil bound Bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L APP minimum 4mm thick polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 4kg/sqm and reinforced with polyster nonwoven fabric matt(wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) & applying a coat of blown hot Bitumen over the membrane @ 12.00 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm raded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 15 mm steel or CPVC tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store

S&F of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11, 20 mm outer dia, with all tube fillings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, or laying in trenches, etc., fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

S&F in repair PTMT grating doom 125 mm dia (minimum wt 40gms)

S&F in repair for Vitreous china squattng pan Orissa pattern size 580x440mm with white integral footrest (excl flushing cistern and flush pipe incl making good) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china washdown water closet pedestal pattern white with P or S trap and plastic water closet seat cover incluiding fixing bolts etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling of 100 / 75 mm dia CI pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches or floor/wall, if required.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floor or trenches 110 mm bore pipe.

All as per above Sl item no 21, but for 75mm bore pipe.

S&F PVC (SWR) branches pieces single ' Y / bends / Tee (equal or unequal ) of 110 mm bore.

All as per above Sl item no 23, but for 75mm bore pipe.
