To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed at least 50 percent of the Contract Value as prime contractor at least one similar work such as Concrete Road Work of value not less than Rs 50.44 lakhs

To qualify for the award of this contract each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years 2021-22,2022-23 ,2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26 executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of Concrete including (PCC/ RCC)- 702.54 Cum, Earthwork Excavation /Subgrade /Embankment-832.50 Cum

Total value of civil engineering construction works executed and payments received in the last five years 2021-22,2022-23,2023-24 ,2024-25 & 2025-26 a Achieved in at least TWO financial years a Minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs.201.76 lakhs Turnover certificate without UDIN number is Treated Non Responsive

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 50.44 Lakhs credit lines or letter of credit or certificates bid document. If not attached then the tender will not be accepted

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years

The EMD of Rs. 2,00 ,000.00 shall be paid in full through e-payment or in two parts Part 1.Rs. 1,00,000.00 by e-payment part (2) 1,00,000.00 in the form of BG to be upload

The tenderer should be a PWD Registered class III & above Contractor

Qualification and experience of the key Technical and Management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this work, if awarded

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Evidence of access to financial resources to meet the qualification requirement specified in ITT 3.3b: cash on hand letter of credit etc. list them and attach scanned certificate from the banker

3.3 a Each Tenderer should further demonstrate (a) As per this note, each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments /machinery for execution of the work . However as per Govt circular no GO-FD/AE 263/EXP12-2022 dt-11-05-2022, this clause for owning key equipments for works costing up to Rs.3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machineries for various activities involved in construction as per Morth specification
