S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified incl dismanling of existing AC sheets any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving 75mm thick laid in slope finished even and fair incl making joints at every 2.5m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight incl demolition and complete all as specified

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450x350x7mm thick, in vertical surfaces such as skirting and dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & incl rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and finished rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic, parking tile, heavy duty coloured Endura tile dotted, of size 300mmx300mmx10mm, top layer glazed made in any type of cement and pigment, in required patterns in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (joint free) 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm and n. exc. 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular), light shade, double charged, polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm not exceeding 1.00sqm each, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floors etc set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement. over screed bed or bedding layers of mortars 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes all as spd and directed incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm n exc 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in skirting etc set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement. over 10 mm thick renering in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes all as spd and directed incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16-18mm thick Udaipur Green / (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, urinal partions and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl edge moulding to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed.
