Operation and Maintenance of E & M installations in 33 kV sub-station, Technical block, operational office, MSSR Building, CISF Barrack, Pump house, STP Room etc. including preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, attending complaint etc. as per Special Condition of Contract. The contractor has to deploy following minimum man power on each day in shift duty including sunday & holiday but excluding weekly off :- a) Highly Skilled - 1 No. b) Skilled - 10 Nos. c) Semi-Skilled - 8 Nos. d) Unskilled - 7 No.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance, upkeeping, Security watch & ward of Solar Powered Obstruction lighting system comprising of red filter, solar panel, battery control cards, PV Panels, flasher unit, ammeter, voltmeter etc. installed on various hills located at outer periphery (07 hills) of Udaipur Airport on round the clock basis (i.e. 24 hours) as per special conditions of contract. The contractor has to deploy following minimum man power on each day in shift duty including sunday & holiday but excluding weekly off :- a) Un-Skilled - 25 No. (Note : In case of theft/ damage / fault occurance the agency has to replace the same with original component without any extra charge within stipulated period as decided by the Engineer-in-charge).

Providing manpower to work as Multi Tasking Staff (MTS-Highly Skilled Type) Data entry operator to perform jobs i.e. computer typing job work, proper handling of programming & other office work etc. assigned on day to day basis on all days in general shift but excluding sunday or as per office demand basis as per requirement. a) Highly-Skilled - 01 No.

Providing manpower to work as office assistant to carry out the routine office works, maintenance of office records, documentations etc during general shift & other work as per requirement of officer-in-charge. a) Semi-Skilled - 02 Nos.

Engagement of Supervisor (Highly-Skilled) in case of flight delay & other exigencies etc. as required.

Engagement of Wireman (Skilled) in case of flight delay & other exigencies etc. as required.

Painting & name of electrical cubical panels, feeder pillers, marshalling boxes etc. with 2 coats of enamelled paint of approved make and colour etc. as reqd.

Painting & Numbering of street light poles with double coat of high quality silver colour paint of approved make i/c removal of old paint as per site requirement of Height up to 6 mtr of poles.

Painting & Numbering of street light poles with double coat of high quality silver colour paint of approved make i/c removal of old paint as per site requirement of Height more than 6 mtr of poles.

Painting & Numbering of perimeter light poles i/c. bracket of height aprox. 2.5 mtr. with double coat of high quality silver colour paint of approved make i/c removal of old paint as per site requirement.

Painting with aviation yellow colour as per ICAO of aeronautical ground light fitting complete along with base plate, bracket, central column assembly, pole etc. including removal of old paint, cleaning etc. as per site requirement.

Numbering of aeronautical ground light fitting with yellow colour on black back ground including removal of old paint, cleaning etc. as per site requirement.

Calibaration of clinometer for AMA MK III PAPI unit from OEM or NABL accrediated laboratory as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

Provision of services provided by specialist - Technician / Egineers for repairing / servicing of water supply pump sets of capacity upto 7.5 HP (D.P. Holland - Make) installed in pump room. The job includes dismantling of existing pump-set and re-assembling the same after repairing of the impaler, diffuser, o-ring, bushes i/c mechanical seal etc complete as required, T & P also to be provided by the agency to repair the same as per site condition for complete the job as per satisfaction of E.I.C. for the pump sets as and when required. (Spares - will be provided by AAI).

Providing & fixing of medium class GI Pipe of Nominal dia 40 mm during lifting and lowering of 5 HP to 7.5 HP, 3 Phase, 50 Hz submersible pump set in the existing bore well at airport site complete as & when required basis and as per site conditions.

Filteration of transformer oil of 1500 KVA transformer (Name plate rated Oil Qty.-1275 ltrs.) i/c submission of before & after break down value report of transformer oil etc. complete as required.

Supply & topping up of Transformer oil if required after oil filteration for 1500 KVA Transformer etc. as required.

Servicing and testing of From 800 A - 1600 A LT ACB, 3/4 pole microprocessor release, EDO/ MDO type LT ACBs make C&S, AH series of various rating annually as per OEM's recommendations and attending break downs (defective spare part submission of test/ service reports etc. complete as required.

Servicing and testing of Above 1600 A - 2500 A LT ACB, 3/4 pole microprocessor release, EDO/ MDO type LT ACBs make C&S, AH series of various rating annually as per OEM's recommendations and attending break downs (defective spare part submission of test/ service reports etc. complete as required.

Servicing and testing of 33 kV, 630 A, SF6 gas HT circuit breaker as per OEM's recommendations and attending break downs (defective spare part would be provided by AAI) complete as required.

Servicing, testing and calibration of over current and earth fault relays make L&T Model MC61C of 33 kV HT ckt. Breakers annually as per OEM's recommendations and attending break downs (defective spare part would be provided by AAI) etc. as required.

Visiting charges by highly skilled personnel having experience of control wiring, well versed with control wiring drawing for identification & rectification of fault in AMF Panel of DG set / interlocking mechanism of HT/LT Ckt. Breakers, relays / transformer faults or any kind of fault in E&M installations at 33 kV substation as required.

Decoration/ highlighting/ focusing front elevation of Terminal Building (city side) with theme based LED light/ boards/ LED series strip etc. as decided by E-I-C including all connections etc. complete as required. Total = 01 Job.

Decoration/ highlighting/ focusing front elevation of Terminal Building (city side) with colour of National Flag using decorative LED fitting having 54 group of 3W LED or as decided by E-I-C including all connections etc. complete as required. Minimum Qty–45 nos. fitting. Total=01 Job.

LED Light for Decoration of alighting area in front of Terminal Building (city side) including all connections etc. complete as required and as decided by E-I-C. i) Decoration of Edge of the alighting area shed with straight LED series strip as decided by E-I-C (approx. 470 mtr. length) on both side. Minimum Qty. – Approx. 470 x 2 = 940 mtr. ii) Decoration of pole/support of alighting area shed in front of Terminal Building by decorative LED rope light. (Approx. minimum 32 nos. pole) Total = 01 Job.

Decoration work with LED lights strip etc. for 04 nos. of huts in front of Terminal Building near fountain including all connections etc. complete as required and as decided by E-I-C (Approx. length 10 Mtr. Each hut). Total = 04 Job (each job = 01 no. hut).

Decoration (using LED light fixture etc.) for highlighting / focusing, (each job have set of 03 nos. trees) in front of Terminal Building with colour LED fitting having 54 group of 3W LED or as decided by E-I-C including all connections etc. complete as required. Total = 8 Job (each job = set of 03 nos. trees)

Decoration of departure/ arrival circle with LED lights as decided by E-I-C including all connections etc. complete as required. Total = 03 Jobs (each job = 1 circle)

To Carry out the complete items of work on CPWD schedule of rates (DSR-2018 - E&M) as per CPWD specifications as required. (Note : Rate of DSR items shall be calculated by deducting GST component from schedule rate on account of GST and the quantity. Rs 300000.00 is after deducting the GST component) (Refer clause- 32 of Guidence to the bidder at page No.- NIT-5 for quoting rate for this item.)
