Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise descriped for all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction Antitermite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc., in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for treating the top surface of filled earth at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface area complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction Antitermite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sand (M Sand) filling under floors or in foundations, spread and levelled including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick, as in sub base of floors and the like., finished even and fair to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 40mm thick in bays as in floors and the like., finished even and smooth without using extra cement, to an uniform layer in level, for receiving the wooden floor system for Squash Court complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of glass dividing strips 3mm thick 38mm wide for flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Hard Plaster System for Squash Court on play area walls confirming the specification laid down as per WSF ( World Squash Federation). The system consists of a total coating thickness of 4mm to 6mm thickness in two layers. The Hard plaster used is as per ANSI A118.4-1999 and A111.1-1999, provides a shear bond (28 days cure) of 300 PSI (2.0 MPa) and compressive strength of 2750 PSI. The water based nonflammable binder used is specially designed to create an everlasting bond between the two substrates. Non-Structural wire mesh reinforcement of glass fibre is added to the mixture to give further strength to the system.

Mixing ratio for first coat of Comp A : Comp B : Comp C shall be maintained as 1:1/4:1 in 5-6 Ltrs of water. Mixing ratio for second coat shall be 1:1/4:0.5 in 5-6 Litres of water for second coat. Enamel Painting over the hard plaster & Game Line Marking on the wall shall be carried out in required colours as per WSF regulations to the dimensions as specfied. Comp A - Hard plaster Comp B : Binder, Comp C : Additives shall be all as per WSF Specification Note : (i) Work shall be carried out by specialized authorised agency as approved by WSF and Sports Authority of India only. (ii) Warranty for the Hard plaster shall be for two years from the date of completion of the work. (iii) Hard plaster for squash court shall be incorporated only after getting approval from GE.

Supply, installing and finishing of air-cushion wooden hardwood non-slippery sports flooring system for Squash courts confirming to the requirement of WSF (World Squash Federation) consisting of the following specification:-

(a) 600 Microns polyethylene shall be laid on the IPS surface as vapour barrier (b) Sleepers - 45mm (H) x 75mm (W) x 1.22 m (L) Fir/Spruce or Pine, Treated with Borate shall be installed at 9" Distance. (c) These sleepers have 10mm power pads properly stapled at 10" distance. These power pads are three / four conical Thermal rubber (TPR) with reverse cavity. (d) Strips in size 20mm x 57mm/83mm/120mm, in Random lengths of 300mm - 1830mm , tongue & groove, kiln & Dried treated shall be installed over the sleeper. (e) The floor thus laid shall be machine sanded with drum sander - one time- i.e coarse grade (60 grit) sandpaper to leave a " nap" on the floor for non-slipperiness. The floor shall not be sealed. (f) After the installation of floor system, the floor shall be machine sanded in uniform level (permissible tolerance of 3 mm with a 3000 mm straight edge as per WSF regulations) and finished with non-skid Polyurethane lacquer. (g) Game Line marking on the wooden floor shall be carried out in required colours as per WSF regulations to the dimensions as specfied prior to the application of finishing coat. (h) This floor shall be EN & DIN tested & World Squash Federation standards.

Note :- (i) The wooden floor system shall be laid after a min. period of 21 days after the concrete floor system is laid including curing. (ii) The timber used for surface boards shall be imported Hard Maple or Oak wood kiln seasoned. (Manufactures test certificate should be produced) (iii) All timber shall be free from loose knots, bee or borer holes, splits, cracks & fungal attack. (iv) All timber shall be kiln seasoned with moisture content approx 10 to 12%. (Manufacturers test certificate to be produced). (v) Work shall be carried out by specialized authorised agency as approved by WSF and Sports Authority of India only. (vi) Warranty for the Hardwood flooring shall be for five years from the date of completion of the work. (vii) Air-cushion wooden hardwood non-slippery sports flooring shall be incorporated only after getting approval from GE.

M & L for removing the existing flooring system and refixing the hardwood non-slippery sports flooring system for Squash courts confirming to the requirement of WSF (World Squash Federation) and the floor thus laid shall be machine sanded with drum sander one time i.e., course grade (60 grit) sandpaper to leave a nap on the floor for non-slipperiness complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : The cost includes : Part (I) : To replace the damaged flooring system upto 5% of area which includes :- (a) 600 Microns polyethylene shall be laid on the IPS surface as vapour barrier (b) Sleepers - 45mm (H) x 75mm (W) x 1.22 m Fir/Spruce or Pine, Treated with Borate shall be installed at 9" Distance. (d) This floor shall be EN & DIN tested & World Squash Federation standards. Note : Warranty for the Hardwood flooring shall be for five years from the date of completion of the work.

Supply & installing of 'Sound board system' made of 2.00mm thick aluminium sheet with void between sheet and wall to make hollow sound when struck by ball. The sheet shall be fixed with splayed top batten 'Board' at top and bottom cover moulding for floor mounting at bottom. The total height of sheet from FFL is 430 mm & to entire length of front wall. The supporting system shall be 45mm (H) x 75 mm (W) hard pine / Spruce wood outer framing and less than 600mm vertical spacing. The 'Board' colour shall matches the playlines and carried out all as per WSF regulation & Specifications and as directed. Note:- Ventilation holes of specific pattern to be drilled at locations where air holes are provided at the bottom at 'sound board' location as required and as per WSF specification. Strengthening if required at ventilation location may be done with metal sheets and the same is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates.

S & F Toughned glass door 12 mm thick fixed in position with suitable SS fittings & locking arrangements, 600mm size stainless steel handles etc all as specified and as directed.

S & F 12mm thick Toughned glass to be fixed in position with suitable SS fittings etc all as specified and as directed.

S & F Stainless steel railing made of any dia / gauge and grade 304 fixed in vertical and horizontal positions in railing cut to length required and welded and moulded complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 12 mm thick plain toughned glass fixed in SS railing using suitable stainless steel fixing arrangements in openings of any size with appropriate screws/clamps and end caps / base caps, etc., all as specified and directed by manufacturer's instructions including moulding all as specified and directed.

Forming jambs, etc. to openings (to foregoing item) in CM (1:4) or cement lime mortar (1:2:9) including cutting toothing and properly bonding into old work also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for UPVC door with shutters shall be provided complete all as per the following specification and as per manufacturer's direction:- (i) The profile for the construction of UPVC door shall be overall frame sectional size 60 x 58 mm with wall thickness 2.70 +/- 0.2 mm extruded sections. (ii) The corners shall be plastic welded. The hinge side of vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanised steel profile of wall thickness 1.2 mm +/- 0.2 mm. (iii) The door shall be fixed to walls using 8 mm dia 80 mm long MS screws minimum 3 Nos on each side. (iv) The glazing shall be fixed to door frame with UPVC standard beadings of sectional size 24.05 x 16 mm & 2 mm thick. (v) The bottom portion of door shutter shall be provided with UPVC board 5 mm thick & 1 mtr in height and the balance shall be glazed excluding the shutter frame area. (vi) The shutter shall be fixed to frame using 3 Nos of 3D hinges. The Door shutter shall be provided with 5mm thick sheet glass & 5 mm UPVC board with EPDM rubber gasket, one motice lock with powder coated handles and two numbers powder coated MS tower bolts. (vii) All the fittings shall be provided with using self tapping screws. Note: The entire fixing shall be done as per manufacturer's instructions and specification and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L for 30mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), edges of framing moulded, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., size of members of shutters as in windows, ventilators etc., are provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (b), suplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for UPVC casement window with outside openable shutters having UPVC frame & shutter with friction hinges 300 x 19 x 1.9 mm with shutters shall be provided complete all as per the following specification and as per manufacturer's direction:- (i) The profile for the construction of UPVC casement window shall be overall frame sectional size 60 x 58 mm with wall thickness 2.70 +/- 0.2 mm extruded sections. (ii) The corners shall be plastic welded. The hinge side of vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanised steel profile of wall thickness 1.2 mm +/- 0.2 mm. (iii) The window frame shall be fixed to walls using 8 mm dia 80 mm long MS screws minimum 3 Nos on each side. (v) The shutter shall be fixed to frame using 2 Nos of friction hinges of size 300 x 19 x 1.9 mm. (v) Glazing shall be provided with 6mm thick frosted glass fixed with approprite size beading as per manufacurer's specifications. M & L for digital glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 600mm x 300mm x 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including rendering layer/ backing coat of 10mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
