M & L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand compelete all as specified and directed.

M & L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St.-240 on any hight complete all as specified and directed.

M & L painting to new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces on any hight complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) sheets made of , plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor orthe side of waist slab with suitable arrangement on any hight complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanincally crushed stone aggregate ) as in bonding/locking of edges of interlocking tiles including weathering and slightly rounded or chamfered on edges and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring in stove enamelled steel conduit not less than 20mm dia complete with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) with multi standard copper conductor single core 1100 volts grade with modular type regulator block of size and plate and frame of modular type including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS copper conductor cable of green colour as continous earth wire with all accessories and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ fllor etc complete all as specified and directed. One light/fan point controlled by one way switch.

All as per Item No 20.00 here-in-above but for one 5 Amps socket on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Two runs of 2.5 Sqmm cable and one run of 2.5 Sqmm cable of earth continuty conductor and conduit shall be a unit legth.
