Taking out pump and motor capacity of 75 HP from its foundation (size 1.80 x 0.9m) and deposit to E/M store yard and complete demolation of existing foundation and construct the new RCC fundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D2 haing 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation bedding of 15 cm height and PCC ( 1:2:4 ) type B1 having 20 mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8.0 mm dia steel bars @ 150mm centre to centre in both direction for making foundation of 15 cm height complete with foundation bolts of 12 mm size 200 mm long 08 Nos, forming work and plastering with water proofing compound 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 for making smooth and even surface, (One coat white washing & one coat colour washing) on foundation all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L in repair framed work made out of Fe-290 (Gde E- 165) fabricated with structural Mild steel section, plates, braces, rails complete drilled and grouting including painting with one coat anti corrosive primer and two coats of bituminous black paint in colour all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Fixing, testing and commissioning of Centrifugal pump set with 75 HP capacity Induction motor, split casing type made out of cast iron casing with SS shaft and sleeve and close type impeller made of phospher bronze/gun metal having discharge capacity of 50 LPS at 61 m head NPSH 3.5 m, suitable for suction of 100 mm bore and delivery of 125 mm bore, 1450 rpm, with base plate,cupling and coupling guard coupled with existing75 HP induction motor, 3 phase,415V, 50 Hz mounted on common base frame through a set of flexible rubber coupling with existing system all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. S &F in replacement 150 mm dia flanged Non Return Valve confirming to IS-5312 and PN-1.6 rating with all necessary arrarngement like rubber sheet nut bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L in replacement for DI flanged fitting specials viz flange, bend, connecting piece, Tee, Reducer/ Enlarger,tail piece of size 80 mm to 400 mm dia complete as per site requirment and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of 150mm GI suction pipe with (Factory made) DI screwed double flanged pipe with ISI marking confirming to latest revision IS-8329/2000 of class K-09 with internal cement mortar lining & outside zinc coating followed by bitumen coating the flange rating of flanged pipe shall be PN-10 complete with rubber gasket packing, nuts, bolts and washer in required length of piece complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge followed by bitumen coating the flange rating of flanged pipe shall be PN-10 complete with rubber gasket packing, nuts, bolts and washer in required length of piece complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S &F in replacement 150 mm Sluice valve conforming to IS-14846 and PN-1.6 rating with all necessary arrarngement like rubber sheet nut bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S &F in replacement 150mm bore flanged cast iron foot valve confirming to IS-4038 with all necessary arrangements like rubber packing nut bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S &F in replacement 300mm Sluice valve confirming to IS-14846 and PN-1.6 rating with all necessary arrangements like rubber sheet nut bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches n.exc.1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil for laying water main pipe etc getting and forming bottom surface to required gradient.

Returning filling in incl spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing of valve chamber at various locations including replacement of rusted MS cover complete without disturbing the existing/ new pipe line and valve including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 in bed concrete, new sub class ‘B’ brick in damaged portion with CM 1:6 and 10 mm thick plaster internally & 15 mm thick externally in CM 1:4 , 2.15mm thick MS cover with hinges and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 50mmX50mmX6mm MS angle complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on all metal works and applying two coats of white wash on all plastered surfaces of internal sizes 1600mm x 1600mm x 1600mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note : A sum of Rs.1,04,900.00 will be deducted on account of credit for taken down material.
