M&L for removing U/S Nylon newar.S&F 12mm thick, premium BWR grade plywood (IS-303) of adequate size as per drg and as directed. S & F two stiffners of size 40mmx5mm & 900mm long welded in long rail from one side to another. Making of 12 Nos of holes in charpoy & MS plate (Long rail 03 holes each, short rail 02 holes each & Stiffner 01 hole each) for fixing of plywood with 6mm dia bolts and nut complete all as specified. New MS stiffner will painted with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Green Ply/Century/Archidply.
