Checking loose connections, sparks,earth leakage etc by disconnecting and taking down the swiches /switch boards/LEDs/Fans/DBs /fixtures etc and making good by clearing the fault, making proper insulation and testinng and restoring the supply etc all as directed. Note- (i) Replacement of any part such as switches, sockets, tube lights,DBs , MCBs shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items. (ii) Contractor rep will collect the complaint from Engg-in-charge and complete the job and get signature from user and kept on record with concerned JE.

Taking down carefully point wiring removing from site of work and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls/floors etc all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully MCB Distribution board SPN/TPN off sizes & any capacity by unscrewing from DB box, all as directed.

M&L Point wiring for One light/fan point controlled by one switch with PVC insulated fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) multi stranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm in and including PVC concealed rigid conduit (ISI mark) and pressed steel terminal boxes (for mounting switches / sockets /regulators / ceiling roses etc) made out of MS sheet not less than 1.6 mm and 6cm depth including painting with one coat of red oxide primer on internal and external surface covered with 3mm thick laminated plastic sheet ISI marked including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire connected to common earth and each terminal box/fitting all as specified and directed . Note :- (i)The wiring shall be provided in standard colour code (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to include for cutting/chasing for concealing the conduit and making good the surface to match the existing surfaces. (iii) In case of ceiling portion where concealed conduiting is not possible, the surface conduit shall be provided ad directed. M&L Opening the cabin fan / wall mounted fan / table fan / pedastal fan 400/450 mm sweep, removing the burnt copper winding wire complete, cleaning the slots, stator and the rotors and rewinding with existing gauge super enamelled copper conductor including varnishing and heating and re-installation of fan etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: the quoted rate for rewinding shall also incluide the rates of ball bearing/Bush bearing of suitable size
