Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work. In all kind of soil such as spad work, pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock chiselling / wedging out of rock where blasting is prohibited and in saturated soil etc. in all leads and lifts, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimetre layers,when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and dewatering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand :6 crushed stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads & lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 crushed stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads & lifts and as as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation, footing, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Columns pillars,post and struts up to all height.

Lintels, beams, girders,bressumer and cantilever up to all height.

Stair case( except spiral stair case)excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing up to all height.

Arches upto all heights.

Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beam girderes bressumers and cantiliver up to all heights.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtrs thickness attached pilasters butteress, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering, strutting and propping etc with wooden battans and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in all leads and lifts & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Sides and soffits of beams,beam haunching , cantiliver,bressumers & lintle not exceeding 1.00 mtr. Depth in all height. of floors up to all height.

Vertical surfaces such as wall of any thickness, partition and the like inculding pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like up to all height.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like.upto 200 mm thickness up to all height.

Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landing up to all height complete in all respects.

Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 6 mtrs. and removal of the same insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer- in - Charge in Arches not exceeding 6 mtrs span.

Steel work welded in built up section , trusses and framed work i/c cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings, framed guards, bars ladders railing brackets and similar works.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect in all leads and lifts & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1: 3: 6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) including entire carriage of material and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75 mm thick ( unconsolidated )bed dry brick/ stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size will rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground.

Providing and fixing MS manhole cover of 500 mm dia with frame ( medium grade duty ) weight of cover and frame to be not less than 23 kg.

Fixing inlet, outlet, over flow and Scour pipe of GMS pipe of following internal dia (medium grade) i/c extra carriage within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing vent opening including cowl with mesh in the top of the tank i/c carriage all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finshing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacturer & of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces ( Two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces to remove all dirt, dust and remain of loose powdered material. in all leads and lifts and as per the dirction of the Engineer- in - charge.

Provision for testing of safe bearing capacity & structural design and drawings.
