Material and labour for point wiring for light / fan / exhaust/bell point in casing and caping of suitable size but not less than 20mm including all fittings such as elbow, bends, junction boxes, saddles, etc. on surface with and including ISI marked two runs of PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, 1100 volts grade and including one run of 1.5 sqmm (green colour) ISI marked PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded (FRLSH) copper conductor cable as earth wire to be terminated in and incl PVC rectangular block of suitable size for mounting, switches, sockets, fan regulator etc. with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for one light point or one fan point controlled by one switch including making good the disturbed wall and painting the same with matching to existing wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser) of size 25/50 litre after disconnecting inlet/outlet/vent pipes, electric/earth connections etc cleaning of the body inlet/outlet/vent pipes stop cocks non return valves etc leakage arresting of inner copper/steel tank by weilding/brazing etc reassembling the geyser by replacing gaskets worn out nuts washetrs etc refixing the same in position by replacing mounting bolts and nuts reconnecting all inlet/outlet/vent pipes electric/earth connections and carrying oout testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for earthing complete with 17.2 mm having copper bonding thickness will be minimum 250 microns and copper bonded terminal size 130x50x5 mm terminal to connect earthing strip with 14 mm holes for nut bolts, buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge at 30 cm below ground level after making bore hole of 100 mm dia and 3.5 mtr deep using suitable mechanical drilling machine (for drilling near the specified bldg) connected with galvanized steel earthing lead of 32x6 mm strip with minimum two Nos of GI nut bolts and connected to test point from earthing pit. Area between pipe and copper rod filled with Dry type chemical powder.The electrode pipes should be filled with 2x 25 kg bags of carbide based BFC earthing compound of product code BFC25SILVR. The resistance of the compound should be less than 0.1 Oms . The compound should be highly conductive, hygroscopic, non magnetic, non corrosive in nature and have best moisture retaining qualities with ph value between 7-9. Connected to the earthing test point, Special high grade polymer compound Round earth pit with pit cover, including necessary returning filling and removal of extra soil , to achieved earth resistance value less than 1 Oms including testing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- IF the desired result not obtained after testing the contractor should do re-eathing without any extra cost.
