Procurement will be made from OEM or from their authorized dealer only. Authorized dealer must upload valid tender specific authorization along with offer. Clause No.- 16.5 of Eastern Railway general tender condition is applicable.

Maker's name and Brand must be mentioned in the offer.

Bidder must submit Clause-wise compliance with respect to attached Specification in his own letterhead for Portable Ventilator, otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected.

EMD as per clause 8.0 of Eastern Railway General Tender Conditions.

Offer Validity: Offer must be valid for minimum 90 days from the date of tender opening.

Firm willing to avail benefit of micro and small enterprises, must submit documentary evidence of being micro or small enterprises for tendered item in the certificate issued by nodal agencies as per public procurement policy, failing which firm's status will be treated as Non- MSE firm.

Packing: Supply to be made in the OEM packing.
