SPECIAL REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF ISOLAR GLASSES OF ATC TOWER AT INS HANSA

M&L for gunniting exposed concrete surfaces with one layer of compast spray set modified concrete 20mm avg thickness in proportion (50Kg cement 3 to 6mm granite chips 100 kg, zonal sand 50 kg and complast 3 to 2.5% by weight of cement & 12.5 to 16.5 ltrs of water mixed with admixture incl bonding agent after applying Dr Fixit Rust remover or equivalent chemical as approved to old rusted reinforcement after necessary preparation of surfaces by brush application and gunniting with pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5 Kg/sqm and removing the debris n exc 250 mtr and depositing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge to following locations:-

(a) 40 mm thick in columns

(b) 30 mm thick in beams

(c) 20 mm thick in slabs

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia not exc. 4 Kg/sqm.

Bonding the entire exposed surface with one coat of fosroc Nitop bond SBR as per manufacturer insltructions over whire fabric and surfaces of concrete structure

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls,ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on block masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4. finished to even and smooth(without using extra cement)

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in CM 1:3 finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement.

Supply only water proofing compound

M&L Preparing new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling.

M&L Preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in CM 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for preparation of new/old surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L Granite 18-20 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads.

S&F UPVC sound proof fixed window (IDEAL 4000) of 8.00 Sqm (approx) having trapezium shape with top length of 3.98 m (+ 0.05 m), bottom length of 3.52 m (+ 0.05 m) and height of 2.10 m (+ 0.05 m) fitted with (laminated toughened glass of thickness 11.52 mm with Acoustic PVB + 10 mm AG + 8 mm Thoughened glass) and necessary foam sealent with complete testing for 60 DbA ambient room noise complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The work should be executed to match and fix completely with existing steel framed structure by sealing the window completely to reduce the noise till 60 DbA without any extra cost. (ii) All hardware and accessories rates shall be included in quoted rates. (iiii) The size and shape of window shall be matched with existing structure, any kind of minor changes in size shall not be paid extra to the contractor. (iv) No extra cost shall be paid for any kind of tools and plants used during dismantling, installation and fixing.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface and applying one coat of Epoxy anticorrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth.

PROVISION OF BOREWELL ALONG WITH MOTOR AND DISTRIBUTION PIPELINE NEAR STATIC WATER TANK AT NTS (GOA)

Excavation in trenches laying of cables, poles and stay and type of hard/dence soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out.

Excavation in trencehs n. exc 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth for founation etc for laying cables and n. exc 10 sqm on plain and getting out soft/disintegrated rock.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soil.

Removing excavated rock n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supplying & Laying in trenches Clear Sand/m- Sand for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level all as specified. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supplying & Laying precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in trenches for protect to under ground cable complete all as specified.

Excavation in trencehs in road cutting/ hard rock and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for taking out old pipe/laying of new pipe including making good the disturbed surface of road with same finish to match the original finish all as specified.

M&L for Trial bore of 200/250mm dia upto 200 mtr depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone /boulder etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Each trail of bore will be

M&L for development of trial bore by reaming-up upto 525 mm for 60 RM from ground level including casing pipe of 200 mm dia and thickness 8mm and pea gravel all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for additional cost for slotted pipe of 200 mm dia in lieu of casing pipe of 200 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for develment of tubewell with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Yield test for borewell by continously pumping for 16 HRs to determine safe pumping yield all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix GI column pipe medium grade ISI marked of size 40 mm bore each of 3 mtr length and both end flanged including making cut mark in flanges for smooth lowering into the tubewell alongwith suitable size nuts, bolts and washers etc,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix GI medium grade ISI marked of size 40 mm bore including all fitting complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply & Fix GI medium grade ISI marked of size 25 mm bore including all fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in trenches CPVC Tubings SDR 13.5 pipes & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings with all fitting and fixtures laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes :-

(a) 25 mm bore

(b) 20 mm bore

Supplying and fixing CPVC Ball valve 25 mm bore with all fitting and fixtures complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and fixing CPVC Tap 20 mm bore with all fitting and fixtures complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix PVC insulated & PVC sheathed industrial cable for submersible pump motors, flat three core of nominal area of conductor 4 sqmm,1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, testing and commisioning Submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, Three phase suitable for 200/250 mm dia borewell (casing pipe size 200/250 mm), discharge minimum 3 LPS at a head of 100 Mtr (Motor capacity should not be less than 3 HP) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs LT junction box suitable for 1100 Volt grade outdoor type, single door, pedestal mounted, overall size not less than 600 x 600 x 450 mm, including 63 Amps MCB incomming, indicating lamps and submersible pump starter installation with protection from single phasing / overload condition / Phase reversal / phase unbalanced 6-10 HP, relay range 13-21 Amp, dust and vermin proof & lockable, factory made, fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet, LT danger notice board fixed on door on both side, with independent plates at bottom for each out going and in coming cables in cable alley and painted with powder coating in Siemens grey colour and incl Angle iron base frame as reqd size as per above panel, total leg height 900 mm and grouting in side PCC 150 mm legs and made out of ISA 4040, 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron duly painted - 01 No.all as approved and as directed.

Supply and fix Gate valve of 40 mm bore duly ISI marked with iron wheel etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Gate valve of 25 mm bore duly ISI marked with iron wheel etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Brass Swing type Non return Valve including union, nipple of 40 mm dia including fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 25 Sq mm, 4 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098 (Part-I) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified. Note 1. Excavation, Concrete cable protection cover, pipe, PCC work for road crossing / hard standing and Sand for cushioning will be measured and paid separately. 2. Cost of glands, aluminium cable lugs (eye lid / barrel / bottle neck type/ ring type or any shape), new nut, bolt and washers of required size / description are deemed to include in this rate.

M&L for survaying of land, checking of water availibility in ground by Local body complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground/ earth pit not less than 2.25M below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to 32x6mm GI Strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electric plate No.5 of MES SSR Part I connected to earthing test point, testing complete including necessary earth pit PCC 1: 3: 6 chamber with CI cover refilling of soil etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
