Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete

M&L RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete including necessary steel form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns pillars, posts and struts etc including necessary steel form work complete all as specified and directed complete

M&L RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, lintels over 1.5 m span including necessary steel form work complete all as specified and directed complete

M&L two coat of acrylic paint exterior grade (100%Acrylic) over a one coat of primer including prepartion of newly plasterd surfaces of walls etc all specified on external surfaces (Make : Asian Paint /Nerolac (1st quality)/Dulux (weather shield)

M&L Plastering on concrete surfaces of beams, lintels, walls , column etc, 15mm thick (1:4) , on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified

S & F MS work Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc., conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

S & F in repair 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or typing at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steels wire staples or steel pins etc as directed ( each line to be measured )

M & L for MS Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to FE 410 -W GDE E-250 QUALITY A

M & L for Preparation of newly steel surfaces , over 10cm in width or grith, not otherwise described two coats of synthetic enamel paint priming with red oxide

S&F Mild steel, plain black sheet 3mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates & similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets & fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

M&L 16 to 18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) in CM(1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15 mm thick Plaster in CM (1:4)

Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under floors, sand cushion in inter locking or in foundation including watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 40 mm thick HD 100 Expansion joint filler board for crumple column joint complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel, plain black sheet 0.63mm thick in wall cladding, in crumple joint, steel gates & similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets & fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

M&L cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for fixing swan neck in compound wall, copings etc incl necessary steel form work complete all as specified and directed.
