M&L for installing, testing and commissioning of factry made bus bar chamber comprising of 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of 200 Amps rating, supported on insulator and enclosed with steel sheet enclosure, outdoor type, made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with top edge tappered, dust and vermin proof, having locking arrangement at front and opening arrangement from front & rear both sides including fixing arrangement on pole/gorunting in floor with colour coded FRP compression cable glands for entry & exit of cables, powder coated complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement, Indicator lamp LED type (R,Y,B) with bakelite fuse complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour for cutting/ trimming of tree branches up to 80mm girth along the alignment of LT /HT over head electric line which are going across / touching or falling on ACSR conductor / poles or near by sub stations etc at any height from GL and making at least clearance 1.5m form conductors and removing to a distance up to 100 m where directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Trimming of the branches on one sides of the conductor. (ii) Actual length of cutting will be measured. (iii) The distance as mentioned above, will be maintained during the contract period & same location subject to at least 6 months period between two trimming / leaping. (iv) Measurement will be taken including all conductor as one only.

Dismantling existing earthing of any description and M&L for new Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.50 m below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level. Earthing plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles at one end and the other end connected to main switch board and protected by 40mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe. Provision of 20mm dia bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. The pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earthing pit and then taken horizontally to the equipment. Provisionn of cement concrete chamber of iinternal size 300x300x300mm with PCC (1:3:6 ) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), constructed at 1.00 m metre away from edge of earthing pit with 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C including all necessary earthwork in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009) and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing services by deploying adequate number of manpower for attending day to day complaints/ breakdowns of 'NO LIGHT / SHORT CIRCUIT'' including general maintenance and cleaning and dusting of installation (SS No.2 to 26, 11 KV) and surrounding area at DRC Trg area, 17 Jak Li unit area, 5 Jak Rif Unit area, 141 Bde, 11 Jat Regt , MH Ayodhya, all MD accns ( Offrs, JCOs and ORs), All Unit Offrs mess, EME wksp, Supply depot, Nursing Offr mess of all external electric installations from feeder pillar box to building including LT overhead lines & LT under ground cable jointing, distribution panel board, security/street lights, repairs/replacement of defective componenets, fittings & fixtures and depositing the defective/unserviceable dismantled materials in store yard of AGE E/M Ayodhya complete all as directed by Enginner in Charge comprising of the following:- (a) Electrician (Skilled) for one shift per day (each shift of 08 Hrs) - 01 No. (b) Helper (Un-skilled) for one shift per day (each shift of 08 Hrs). - 02 Nos.

Note :- (i) The Electrician should have good working knowledge of HT 11 KV and LT equipments mentioned as above and ITI qualified. (ii) The Electrician should in possession of all requisite T&P as required at site. All the T&P and equipments to be provided by the contractor at his own cost and the rates shall be deemed to be included all expenses on this account. (iii) The Electrician should wear proper uniform on duty including electric shockproof shoes and the cost there of deemed to be included in the quoted rate (iv) A Penalty for absent in duty shall be Rs 750/- for Electrician and Rs 550/- for Helper per day ad Rs 50/- per day for not wearing of proper uniform (v) The timing of shifts will be 0800 to 1600 Hrs and reliever shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (vi) The contractor shall submit proof of payment through bank account, deposition of EPF and IESI/ insurance before claimimg any payment for outsourced staffs (vii) The contractor's representative will report to Engineer-in-Charge / JE EM I/C Ext Electric Supply daily in forenoon and afternoon to collect routine/urgent works related to Ext Elecctric Supply till completion of the contract. The work shall be attended by the contractor immediately. (viii) The complaint shall be rectified within 24 Hrs or otherwise a panelty of Rs 500/- per complaint per day shall be imposed to the contractor for delayed period. (ix) The contractor shall maintain Daily Attendance Register and Complaint Register duly signed by JE I/C and Engineer-in-Charge. (x) The contractor shall provide all the safety equipments to his workers at his own cost and all safety measures shall be adhered to strictly. The department shall not be held responsible for any lapse / mishappening due to lack of safety measures.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of HT electric pole 9 to11 m long in existing position and applying one coat of aluminium paint on all exposed surfaces including cross arms, brackets, junction box etc with and including marking 300mm wide strips / bands 3 Nos with post-office red & navy blue colour paint alternatively starting from top of coping, writing Pole No. with black paint in 2.5 cm high figures inside 3" dia circle complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) All necessary safety measures shall be taken by the contractor. (ii) The cost of necessary scafolding, ladders, power lifting etc shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3 mm thick for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.
