M&L for 20mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster in two layers (12 + 8 mm) on the wall surfaces, top layer of 8 mm mixed with liquid water proofing compound in the proportion as per manufacturer’s instructions and including finishing the surfaces of the top layer even and smooth, including scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed, Make : Easy plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or Readiplast from ultratech. Notes : (i) The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with the ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. M & L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/Bath & toilet etc executed in following stages : Stage 1: Providing 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing chemical of Dr.Fixit or Shalicrete 'R' of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per manufacturer's instructions. State 2 : Primer-Mix Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (diluted with water in ratio 1:1) @ 250 gms/sqm and apply the primer on the plastered surfaces. Stage 3 : Application of 1st coat of Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (without dilution with water) @ 1Kg/Sqm by brush all as per manufactuer's instructions. Stage 4: Laying fyber glass cloth (weight not less than 50gram/ Sqm) over the 1st coat while the coated surface is still sticky. Stage 5: After 6 to 7 hours interval, apply second coat i.e. final coat of Tarfet LM of STP Ltd (without Dilution with water) @ 1kg/ Sqm by brush as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 6: Providing 10mm thick protective plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with STP No. 1 @ 250ml/50 Kg cement all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 7: Carryout ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. NOTES :(i) Mode of measurement: Actual area treated (floor and adjoining walls) will be measured and paid . (ii) The above treatment shall be got executed through applicator of manufacturer and necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall also be produced by the contractor.

Material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company.and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). ® Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge. M&L for PCC (1:2:4 ) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling courses over RCC roof surface to achieve required slope including rounded or chamfered edges mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing surface even and smooth using extra cement etc including demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in roofs, including all necessary scaffolding /staging for working at any heights upto and including 24m as required and disposing off the rubbish to a distance exceeding 500m and not exceeding 1.0km complete all as specified (NOTE :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only )
M & L for 10 mm thick plaster in cement and sand mortar (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC over roof/ terrace surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as "supply only".

M & L for 3 mm thk APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications including dismantling / taking out existing water proofing treatmentcomplete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160gm/Sqcm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%. (xi) thickness of memberane shall not less than 3 mm. Note bitumen primer will be meaasured seperately

At points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ .5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same
Disconnecting existing water storage tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs to roof below, and replacing (or hoisting if required), re-fixing in position and re-connecting on completion of roof work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the following capacities: (a) upto and including 1000litres
(b) 1000 litres upto and including 2000litres
M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall etc/complete removal of old external treated surfaces of any description and at any position applying two coats of 100% anti fungal acrylic exterior emulsion paint over one coat of primer all as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffoldings etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The percentage of colours in Camouflaging pattern shall be as under :- Olive Green - 50%, Dark Brown - 25%, Dark Stone/Leaf Brown - 25%
Material and labour for preparation of old treated surfaces of any description and at any position and applying one coat acrylic exterior antifungal paint in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and as directed Note: The percentage of colours in Camouflaging pattern shall be as under :- Olive Green - 50%, Dark Brown - 25%, Dark Stone/Leaf Brown - 25%
M&L for preparation of existing old surfaces of wall, chajjas, beams, parapets etc, filling of cracks after cutting the same to V shape approximate 10mm wide and upto full depth of cracks with Chemistic crack seal caulking compound (Acrylic sealant) of M/s. Chemistik or equivalent of Dr. Fixit or of M/S STP Ltd as approved by the GE, also including necessary scaffoldings etc, complete all as specified and directed.
Removing plant/growth including its roots upto 1.00m of plant height at any location/at any storey and of any description and treating the surfaces with Acid (HCL) and making good surfaces with cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
Writing letters or figures (Block.Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete including all necessary scaffolding as required all as specified and directed. Note : A sum of Rs. 29,733.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducted to arrive the contract sum
