Supply, delivery and assembling at site, 2 tier Cots of dimensions 1830mm(L) x 1800 ( 900+900) with over all dimensions / cross sections of each component as shown in the figure attached. this cot consists of 3 cots , 2 at first level and 1 at secod level The second level will be fitted perpendicular to first level . The size of the second level cot will be 1800mm Length x 750mm Width. Joints shall be interlocked and welded to render a flawless appearance. The 4 legs outer frame shall made up with 40x40 CR square tube 1.6 mm thickness and vertical bracing of 19 mm dia 1.2 mm wall thick with 250 mm interval. Centre legs support will be with 40 x 40 tube as specification same as ler outer frames . The tops of the cot made with C R sheet of 1.22 mm thick, Bed bottom four sides bending 50 X 30 mm and closing internally with C channel 50 X 30 mm, CR sheet 1.22 mm thickness with inside 2 nos reinforced with 2 formed length wise channels size 15 x 50 x 50 x 50 X 15 mm with CR sheet of 1.22 mm thickness, flanged ark welded inside the length wise with 5 inches gap. Corner L Brackets 12 nos fitted with Nut bolt System (3 mm thickness 125 mm the length wise and Nut and bolt should be below only).The ladder steps are with CR pipe 19 mm dia, 1.6 mm thickness shall be fixed with 4No steps from the Vertical member of frame. ( The arragment should be something like ladder to be fitted on either left or right both sides to accomodate the requirment at the site )The lower bed height shall be 370 mm and two sides head and top bow between top bottom to leg height 200 mm. The top of the pipe shall closed with MS square watcher clearance between the two beds shall be 940 mm. The hand rail of top tier shall be fixed inside of the cot in holes with out side fixed with steel metal scews only. The two sides of the central support frame CR tube 25.4 mm 1.22 mm thickness. Ladder and side rails fitted with punching holes steel metal screws fitting system fitted railngs and ladder (not to use brackets,Nuts and Bolts) The total minimum height and safety grills rails shall be 250 mm height shall be sloping on one end at either side of the top tier as shown in the figure. Leg bottom to be fixed with PVC bush height 35 mm X 3 mm thickness. Legs of the top side sheet metal watcher closed. The minimum weight of the item shall not be less than 101 kgs.
